I received calendars printed with 2026 but had 2025 day/dates. I’ve gone back & forth with customer service & they offer Pennie’s on the dollar & do not offer to replace. This is a sham company! Do not order ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

The Devils Advocate one cannot send an e-mail for to find details of tracking information on items purchased, all it says "in transit no other details given "just goes to show cheats liars deceivers, deceit dishonest.

Do not purchase from this company. The product I ordered arrived damaged - broken and unusable. They refused to take any responsibility. Refused a refund and refused to ship me a replacement item. They essentially stole my money and didn’t care

Too bad I had to give a one star to write a review. Coming from my horrible experience, my advice is DONT PURCHASE!!. Gorgeous-Herra claim they ship within the USA (Utah) but they don’t. It took months to finally receive my boots that fell apart after wearing them 3 months. This company withdrew more money out of my account than the purchase price and I was charged international shipping fees on top of it all. I had to contact my bank and credit card company to finally receive my order and still paid the unexpected shipping fees. Worse of all …. the boots are cute but they are junk.

Order was never received, it has been four months. Customer service is a joke, like the last reviewer mentioned, cut and paste circular emails that are useless.

It was order #99017 just to verify that it was a real transaction.

Absolutely do not use this company.

Ordered something in March, it is now June and the package has been lost. Now I'm just getting the same copy/pasted robot reply of "You can choose to resend the new product by paying the shipping and product fees, or receive a refund after deducting the shipping and product fees. Please reply to us as soon as possible, thank you! sincerely" And I can't do anything about it. So I'm about to lose out on money because of this scam website.

Finally arrived today can't say I was disappointed after reading all of these reviews. They were pretty much what I expected. Cheap flemsy and about two sizes bigger than ordered. Any way mental reminder to never order from there again. You definitely don't get what you paid for. Never never never again.
Maybe I can put socks on and wear the sandlas as house shoes.
Oh well lesson learned. MY BAD

Horrible, dont ever order from here. I ordered a pair of boots in December of 2022. They immediately withdrew the money from my account. It is now April 2023 and I still have not received my boots or a refund even after sending emails monthly or more. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DISHONEST AND TAKES YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN. I would give it a zero but there isn't one available.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever had!!!!! I have waited 6 months for boots! If I could give them a NEGATIVE star I would! Never, ever again will I order from this company!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! AWFUL!!!!!

Terrible company. The size they sent is too small (their size chart is off) and they won't accept a return. More than 25 emails later, they keep sending lame responses like this "the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you" even though I've offered to pay the shipping. Stay away

I ordered from this company on 03/04/23 a leather jacket size x large in the color called apricot jacket arrived today 03/23/23 was real leather and beautifully made but was a size small no way to get a hold of them to return for the correct size or get a refund do not order from this company you will be sent the wrong size or worse.

I'm still waiting for the $49.11 boots I purchased on December 25, 2022. The shipment log states it's been in Buffalo since January 22, 2023. I live in the Philadelphia area. Thier response to my repeated inquiries has been "The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit. The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it." If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I ordered two jackets (pleather for sure) It took two months and after I received, I ordered XL and I couldn't even get my arm into it. Obviously, it was a Small or a zero! I emailed them to give me instructions to return (which I have to pay for myself by the way) No answer. I then got Paypal involved. I put in a dispute. Hera - notsogorgeous writes back on Paypal they will offer me $6.00! For a purchase of $100.00~! They are insane! I am waiting for paypal to review again. Someone better give me my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. HORRIBLE.

I wish I could give a zero! They are disgusting people that will rip you off! CHEAP CRAP! Do not purchase anything from them! I bought 2 things in December, received first one at end of February and the other one probably won’t come! NOTHING like the pictures! So disgusted right now!

I wish I could give a zero star rating. It took 3 months to receive my order, which was a pair of boots. They are very cheaply made and don’t look as nice as what was advertised. They are very flimsy, the sole seems like styrofoam and the boots have a horrible smell.

I have never received the product I ordered in December

I wish I could give zero stars on my experience. I ordered a pair of boots on 12/26/22. Their page that showed my order also provided shipping status updates and a comment section where you could contact Customer Service. I got shipping updates every 2 to 3 days until 1/24/23, when it said my package was in Topeka, Kansas. That was the last update. I sent a message to Customer Service on 2/9/23, 2/23/23 and 3/5/23 and 3/7/23. The last 3 times I contacted them, I asked for a refund. Each time they said we can't stop the package. It's on the way. Please be patient. I had paid for this with a credit card through Paypal. On the Paypal site, they provided an email to contact the seller directly. I emailed the seller on 3/9/23, asking for a refund. They responded and said they would ask the shipper to expedite my order. I then opened a dispute with my credit card company to see if they could charge back the sale. I emailed the company again and told them that it is clear the company is a scam and I advised them that I had opened a dispute with my credit card company. I immediately received a reply, "Thanks for reaching out to us. We're so sorry for the delay. Please kindly wait 3-7 business days for a full refund notice from the bank." The next morning, I received an email from Paypal, confirming a refund had been issued to my credit card. So --- after all that, don't mess around with this company. If you have ordered something and are getting the runaround, open a dispute.

For one thing, they can stop stealing money from people. I ordered the pet carpool on December 28,2022 and still have not received it. They just keep telling one lie after another! They never intended on sending my order. Won’t give updates as to the tracking and now say that I ordered more than one item according to my email address! That is a BOLD FACE LIE. Will file fraud and theft charges on this scamming company. They have stolen from ALOT of people and need to be caught! DO NOT TRUST this site!!!

This is a fraudulent company. Ordered my boots over 2 months ago and never received them. They refuse to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
