Very comfortable to wear, and very good protection, the sponges barely ever leak. A bit problematic to rinse and wash (good water flow is neseccary), but apart from this it is a great product!

I wish more women and young girls knew about this product and had access to it.
Not only is it a fantastic product but the fact that it is safer and less harmful to the environment is great.

When I used the product for the first time, I was a little sceptical. However, any doubts I had quickly disappeared into thin air. I've been using it for almost a year now. Bottom line: I love the HERA menstrual sponge! It's easy to use, reusable, soft, comfortable, you don't feel it and my period pains are less when I use it. 10 out of 10!
