Did not receive my order so had to…

Did not receive my order so had to reorder. Only after putting a bad review did I receive contact from someone even though I had already sent an email chasing up my order. I was told they would speak to customer service and look into it for me and I have not heard anything back. I have emailed again and still nothing nor has the second order arrived. Now 2 orders not arrived and £60 out of pocket. I would like my order or my money back. Absolutely shocking.

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. Ordered last week Friday! What is really going on!! I’m still waiting for a update or some sort of tracking! I’m fumin! Can someone give me a update on its whereabouts ?

Just to confirm, I have been in communication with you via SMS from last Sunday which was within 48 hrs of you placing the order...I have sent you several updates during the course of the last 7 days including screen shots of correspondence received from Herbalife customer services explaining the situation regarding a cyber attack and disruption to deliveries.
I have explained that this is a freak incident and has never happened before in Herbalife's 40 year history.
We are very much customer service focused and place great value on our community. As such, rather than customers not getting their products, we have arranged shipping from our distribution centre in the Netherlands with deliveries currently taking approximately 7 days as opposed to the usual 48hrs.
I have notified you of this and updated you 4 times, also within the last 7 days.
I can only apologise again for the delay in delivery and assure you that your will receive your products as soon as is possible given the situation.
All tracking numbers will become active as soon as DPD take delivery in the UK from the Netherlands.
I will continue to keep you informed of any further updates regarding your delivery.

Just to confirm, I first contacted you last Sunday via SMS to notify you of the situation that had arisen....I have since updated you on Wednesday including screen shots of correspondence received from Herbalife customer services explaining the situation regarding a cyber attack and disruption to deliveries.
This is a freak incident which has never happened before in Herbalife's 40 year history.
We are very much customer service focused and place great value on our community. As such, rather than customers not getting their products, we have arranged shipping from our distribution centre in the Netherlands with deliveries currently taking approximately 7 days as opposed to the usual 48hrs.
I can only apologise again for the delay in delivery and assure you that your will receive your products as soon as is possible given the situation.
All tracking numbers will become active as soon as DPD take delivery in the UK from the Netherlands.

I still haven't received my products

I still haven't received my products. I made an older on the 19th of February. I didn't even get a tracking number for my delivery. This is bad. I will never purchase products on this site again!!
