Customer Service never takes a day off!
I lost instructions for an item that Herb Affair makes, and couldn't access the instruction video. I emailed them on a Sunday, requesting a PDF of the instructions, expecting a reply on Monday the very earliest. I was SO happily surprised that they mailed me the PDF that I needed not long after my inquiry, on Sunday no less! Thank you!

I had an issue with my order. After reaching out to the company, I received an email trying to help me. The person was very thorough in their approach giving me ideas on what I could do to fix my problem. In the end everything has been resolved very timely. Thank you for not giving me grief during this time. I ordered to help my husband (who is currently in the hospital being treated for leukemia) with supplements. My goal was to get the most pure supplements in him. Capsule-it was my answer. After the issue I had, I am now confident to move forward to getting the best items in capsule form to him. Recently I emailed customer service to check the status of my order. Within 5 minutes I received an email back from Kristine letting me know the status (one item was back ordered) and a resolution on getting the rest of my order promptly out the door and on the way to me. I’ve never received a response so quickly. She was so kind and enthusiastic in her email and I responded back that I appreciated her great and quick customer service.
