Absolutely amazing product. The customer service is second to none and the group community that share their experience and questions about the company's products is so helpful. I really can't rate the products highly enough. Always sharing with friends.

The Company are small, but efficient and caring (and funny). I have used the Ninja balm before and after 2 knee replacements with great results, also for any other aches and pains and headaches too! I also regularly use the Relax balm which I find aids sleep and the Sooth for anything skin related. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered on 28.01.24 and did not receive delivery. Upon logging in. I noted that my order had been cancelled, despite making payment.

Today, I wrote a post on their Herbal Health Facebook group which explained my situation and I asked if this company was a scam or real?

The store owner and their mob of angry followers proceeded to attack me relentlessly on Facebook before banning me from their group.

A few minutes later, I received an email to say their payment gateway had cancelled the payment I made due to it being flagged as fraudulent, which of course it was not.

However, there was no communication from them about this situation at the time of the order, which could have been resolved quickly and easily.

Why not put the customer at ease and place a new order?

I can't comment on their products, as I never received my order. God help anyone who orders from these people. Brace yourself for the worst if anything goes wrong. You will be attacked.

Update:

It seems Herbal Health have found it necessary to resort to dishonesty. My card was not rejected initially. The payment succeeded and according to HH (today), was later reversed by the payment gateway.

I have no desire to receive goods I have not paid for. Not once, have I as much as hinted at wanting this. I still don't and nothing has changed in that regard.

Furthermore, I asked in my post, if this company was real or a scam and then proceeded to explain my situation in detail. I did not directly accuse anyone of being a scammer. I was deeply concerned. Who wouldn't be? I admit that I've been scammed before and it was also CBD products recommended on Facebook.

BOTTOM LINE:

I made a successful payment and never received the goods. HH failed to make contact and inform me of the issue with their payment gateway, which has nothing to do with me. I should add that my card is working and I use it daily.

I never received any notification of a failed payment. If I did, there would be no cause for concern.

However, this situation got me worried and I took to their FB group to ask a question.

I was met by a lynch mob, spewing aggression and condemnation. These are the unfortunate facts. While HH has responded to say they tried to protect me, I find this curious as they were leading the attack on me, which of course encouraged others to join in.

Unsurprisingly, I have no desire for their products.

Hopefully, others will avoid the fate I've suffered at the hands of these people.

Having found this wonderful little company we use the balms for everything! Me Ninja, Recover, Pout protect, hubby Soothe & buzz off, daughter Soothe & Relax and son Soothe seriously the products are amazing and a go too for everything. Thank you HH x

Once you buy from this amazing company you won't look anywhere else for CBD balms. They have the most helpful fb group to ensure you get the best balm for you no matter how you intend to use it and orders arrive with a personalised hand written note every time. I've been using their supercharged ninja balm for migraines, trigeminal neuralgia, back pain and literally anything else that hurts. And supercharged soothe for previously uncontrolled pustular psoriasis. There are many photos on their FB group showing just how much these balms have helped myself and others.

This is such a lovely, family run company who really care about their customers. I've been buying from them for over a year now and find the products make a huge difference to my chronic pain and migraines. Highly recommend.

The balms are amazing and the customer service is the best I've ever come across. And to this fantastic, informative (and often hilarious!) facebook groups that are always on hand for help, advice and a laugh.

Ninja and soothe are firm favourites in our house, and as a bug-magnet, Buzz Off is the only thing I've found that actually keeps the bitey things away from me. Love their products and the handwritten note with every order never fails to make me smile :)

Fantastic products and fantastic service. I use the ninja balm for my arthritis and for headaches and it works a treat. The relax balm is lovely to rub into your temples to help you drift off to a peaceful sleep. Soothe is also fab for any rashes and dry skin. Can’t wait to try the chill out lip balm and other stuff.

I've been using HH for a couple of yrs & can honestly say, they are the best provider of CBD balms. Love using their products, which are lovingly posted out with a hand written note. Their Facebook group are so helpful - always on hand for guidance. Got a lovely Christmas decoration last year too! My favourite balms are Recover & Ninja - so good for my many joint & muscle pains!
