If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a new mighty + Becuase my old mighty recently was starting to die. Upon receiving it from herablize I was hit with error messages on the screen the first day I got it and unpacked it. I tried to get ahold of customer service and it seems like all its been is a back and fourth game of them trying to tell me I need to go through storz and bickel. I am now a month in with this vaporizer which is still giving errors error004 to be exact which I've looked up and it says it's a defective product. I have even gone directly to storz and bickel and they have said that the company seems like they are just giving me an excuse which I think they also are. This is the worst customer service I think I've ever had. I was finally told I would get a return label so I can send this defective vape back and that was 4 days ago now I'm still sitting here wondering why this couldn't have been resolved when I reported having this issue the day I opened it from the mail. Unbelievable. Will never recommend them ever to anyone. 450 dollars later and I have a defective vape.
