I am not very happy because i didn't received the products that i bought. I think if there is not stock of the product He should let you know and just ask you if you want another product or just your refound of your money.
Product ordered delivery was delayed by the courier (Yodel)
Yodel kept on postponing my delivery.
First attempted delivery they said noone available to accept delivery ( no true I work and was at the reception but nobody came) 2nd delivery attempt they said the driver could not find the place !
Throughout all this I tried to contact Stefano via email and over the phone
I left several messages on voicemail but noone called me back

I was a little confused how it worked if I were honest. I expected to get a book explaining the plan. But nothing came thro.
I had one item missing in my purchase.
I had send 2 email but no answer still. BEEN NEARLY 2 WEEKS NOW
