Ordered just 1 product to try for my…

Ordered just 1 product to try for my first order.
I ordered on the 18th of March, website says dispatch between 1-3 days.
It’s now 5 days excluding weekend since I purchased with no dispatch.
I have asked for a refund 3 hours ago with no reply as of yet.
If you are a skincare brand you need to dispatch a lot faster as people will be reliant on your product.
Wouldn’t order again as very unreliable. Once I get refund or a reply I will update review.

Update: after a whole day waiting for a reply they agreed to give me a refund last night.
They were posting all day on instagram so I suppose new customers and their social media presence is more important to them.
Apparently the barrier cream I ordered is in the manufacturing stage and they don’t have it in stock. I wish they had wrote that on the website it’s a preorder or reached out to customers to let them know they don’t have it and you would have to wait. Not great customer service on their part.
I didn’t want to wait as I waited 6 days already. I can’t comment on the products themselves, would have loved to try them but unfortunately their customer service and the way they conduct their business has turned me off ever dealing with them again.
Although I was told I would get a refund and would get an email to confirm this I’m still waiting for the email. Very slow at processing refunds as well by the looks of it.
Fast to take your money but not fast enough to give it back.
Wouldn’t try again after this experience.

Update March 31st. Still waiting on my refund as waited another 6 days for refund. 2 weeks after purchasing and don’t have the product or my money back.
Anytime I’ve gotten a refund from a company it takes 3-4 days max. After 6 days I contacted them saying they’ve sent it but my bank says it’s blocked on their side but should get it by April 6th!
Definitely wouldn’t try again with this company, has been like pulling teeth to try get a product from them let alone my own money back.
