No refund and no product (ordered item in 11-2025)

It has been 3 months and I have not received my products from Herbavita! I have requested for my refund multiple times and they refused to give it to me!!! Herbavita lied and stated the package will arrive in a week but I showed them the tracking information and the product never was shipped. Herbavita need to go out of business, robbing people out of their money. Hate I have ordered from them!!!!! 😡
