I am dissatisfied with my last purchase. The product looks completely different than in the pictures. I waited so long for my jacket to arrive and unfortunately I am very disappointed. I do not want to use your sites anymore because you are cheating people

Unfortunately like many, I purchased before reading reviews. The quality of the clothes is so cheap, the worst I have ever purchased. Also the photos are very deceitful, as I order a gold stamped lapel jacket and received a horrible sequenced jacket that is so cheap looking, it looks like a dancing recital costume. The costume is probably higher quality. And to make matters worse I can not find the jacket on their website now. I wish I could upload the picture on my order invoice and the picture of what I received so everyone can see that they are purposely trying to deceive people. Lesson learned.

If you want the size like in the picture I would recommend sizing down, it was a bit too big for a medium sized girl like me.

Send wrong color,size. Not refund. Have 1 mouth conversation with customer service. Just promise.

What I ordered and what I received are so far apart. Suppose to be rhinestone denim jeans. These look like a school project threads hanging everywhere thin material not denim and poorly made. If I'd known they come from china I'd have bypassed. Waste of £31 basically Nothing At All Like The Pictures...

Ordered 3. January and I have not received my order and j have tried to contact the company two times, but they don’t answer.

I ordered a pair of jeans a few days ago and didn't think to read the reviews 1st.im now worried because I emailed them and nothing,the clothes are lovely on the sight but these people shouldn't give mixed messages and scam people.
All I wanted is to revamp my wardrobe can't afford to lose money like this be better off ordering from Sara mart at least I'd get the goods.

This site is a scam. I ordered a jumpsuit and cancelled the order same day. They haven’t responded since and I haven’t received my refund. I’m raising a dispute with the bank and further action will be taken

I ordered pants and a top on 27/01/2025, I tried to contact them by email three times and sent a message via Tik Tok, nothing with no response. I reported this site three times for fraud and nothing, so this is how they get scammed and successfully and legally 100% I won't see the money anymore and they sent me a tracking number that is invalid and for that they wanted money fines I want to track where my package is

I ordered a 20 of January I received a tracking number that is completely useless. This tracking number doesn't exist. Customer service doesn't respond to anything. This is a scam company. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the v neck top and trouser two piece suit, lime green my money has been taken but nothing has arrived, I see on my email that half of my address has been left off please contact me a s a p I am dusappointed

PLEASE do not use this company , I ordered some trousers for work which came after 2 weeks missing a button and were way to small , still fighting to get a refund, been offered now up to 30% otherwise I have to pay £20 to be able to send them back, absolutely rubbish company and shouldn’t be aloud to sell items please avoid at all costs otherwise you will not get a full refund as this just doesn’t not seem possible.

What i ordered was not what arrived. Furthermore they are refusing to let me return my item. It is a scam and I would ask people not to buy from this website. Terrible experience.

I ordered a pair of jeans that were advertised with pearls/diamonds on them, when they arrived they were nothing like the picture. The jeans had glitter all over them and no pearls/diamonds. I was emailing them back and forth for 2 weeks looking for a return address and they were absolutely no help. They refused to give me a full refund and instead offered me a 10% refund even though the item was not what was advertised. Absolute joke save your money!!

One star is even tooo high.

I mailed several times for a return label or a return adress.
But every time they give an answer that is not helpfull and still don't give you the return details.

It's plain and simple... you buy here and you have to keep it. Don't expect a refund.
They don't want to do this.

Even though I am within the 14 days after receipt and am allowed to send it back.

Its no use.

Money lost and items are not worth the money. Cheap looking crap.

Awful. Nothing like pictures. Order 2 pairs oh jeans and a jacket. All awful. Do t waste your time and money. £95 down. Wanting a refund.

Order took over 3 weeks to arrive despite a shipping fee of £4.99 and looks nothing like the photos on the website. Colour is totally different and the material looks cheap

much wider than i expected, and slightly different color. fits well.
