This is a follow-up to my previous review. Here are some additional issues. They state that the agreement with the initial purchase included the next round at the payment price of $124.02, and since it was not cancelled "back then" it cannot be returned or refunded. This is against the return policy on the website "Her Bodhi offers a 14-day money back policy. This means you can return your supplements within 14 days of receiving your purchase according to our Terms & Conditions."
Also, the company flagged my initial review for "containing harmful or illegal content" which is totally underhanded on their part. Apparently they want to continue to be able to promote their snake oil sales without criticism. Please also see the Facebook group that has been formed of complaints about Her Bodhi. Very informative.

This product does NOT work & their sales process is dishonest
This product does NOT work. There was no difference in how I felt after having tried these tablets for a month. Do not waste your time or money. Best part is, you then get billed for another delivery of products without knowing and when you query why they refer to an obscure reduced price offer on initial purchase IF subscribing. Dishonest and not willing to rectify. I would not recommend this company. Bad product and even worse customer service.

Easy checkout but they try offer every other product they have as an add-on while trying to complete your order. Maybe only offer 1 or 2 additional products. I'll see how the product works when I get it.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I tried it for 6 months. It did nothing for me. I cancelled subscription with PayPal and did not know that I also had to go to their website to cancel. As soon as a new charge was processed, I asked that the product not be shipped. They shipped anyway and said that I could not return the package when other was received since I did not cancel with them in time. I have 6 months of product coming that is useless to me. I have asked for a return authorization and they said that only the first shipment could be returned. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!! I contacted them at 10:00 AM and according to USPS the label was not created until 12:00 PM, sot it had not shipped as they told me. I just wanted authorization to return the unopened product that will not be used. I guess they need the 124.00 more than I do. When I checked other reviews, this seems to be standard service from this company.
