Quick delivery time, complete order sent in one shipment

It was easy to access to the essential information and place my order. Theclient service was good and once the order was mailed the delivery was very fast. However, the information on the state of the order could be improved.

l am sorry but I don't speak dutch language. My order (belgian silver coin ESRO-2B ) has been sent on 11th of november and I have never received it. My order was sent with a following number. I paid nearly 10 euros for the sending. I have already ordered to you several times and I always received my orders. What happened?

I came for the F1 Spa Circuit coin, but I found another original designs and also bought ESA 50 th anniversary and Lucky Luke. I will come back for newer designs.

One coincard arrived completely damanaged inside de box, ckearly not because of the transport but because of the handle when preparing the parcel. I haven't claimed because it will cost more of my time to claim it than the price of the coincard.

The purchasing process was smooth and easy, and the shipment was sent promptly. However, I was completely dissatisfied with the shipping service. Post NL was chosen as the provider and I did not know until the day of the delivery when I received a notification from post NL that they would deliver that day. I have had consistent (and well documented) terrible experiences with Post NL where they claimed to deliver my packages but simply signed a mark on my behalf and never delivered them. Filing a claim with them is also a nightmare. So, I was understandably frustrated that the package was already in transit with no option to change the delivery provider or stop the shipment. Even though the package was supposed to be sent “registered” and required a signature, YET AGAIN the delivery driver simply made a line on the signature field and did not get a genuine signature even though my wife was at home waiting for the package. When she could not find the package I was devastated. However, when we checked the post box we found that the driver had stuffed it inside the box. While I am pleased to have my item, I cannot share strongly enough how terrible and unprofessional of a service Post NL is (at least in Belgium) and cannot recommend anyone put such valuable items in their incapable hands. When a package requires a signature it must be obtained or else sent to a pick up point or attempted delivery at another time. This company should not risk damaging their reputation by associating with Post NL. I would consider purchasing again from this company, but only if I could collect the item in person or receive it via a more trustworthy shipping provider.

In order to receive my order I got the greatest support. The coins are nicely packed!

I received the order promptly, and inspite of the confusion caused by very recent changes in tariffs regarding "gifts" under 800$ USD. Thank you very, very much!
