The return policy is unclear and is…

The return policy is unclear and is misleading given the statement “customer satisfaction guaranteed”. I ordered three Mexico jerseys, not customized, that were too small. They were supposed to be Adult jerseys, L and XL, but instead I received what appears to be a youth size. When I requested a return label, they required photos of the item with exact measurements. I was told that the items were not returnable. Disappointed with the service and product.

I received great service from Heritage…

I received great service from Heritage Eleven. The 3 jerseys I ordered were perfect quality and a great price. Customer Service was super helpful with my questions and my delivery was great. They do take a little longer to deliver than some people are used to but im willing to wait for quality. Thank you!

First order: This order has already been successfully delivered.

Second order: This order was dispatched on July 30th and is currently still in international transit.

The second shipment is progressing normally and remains within our estimated delivery timeframe of 7–14 business days after dispatch for deliveries to the United States.

Buyer beware!

My “package” arrived a month after I ordered it. It was supposed to be a World Cup jersey and the World Cup was over. The package was empty. I asked for a refund and was denied. I did receive a replacement jersey a month later although by now I did not want it. Also for your information, I generally wear a XXL shirt and I ordered a 4XL jersey. It fits me skin tight like spandex. Not sure if it is Nike‘s fault but the website definitely did not say it was a fitted shirt. This could’ve been a good four-star review if they just refunded my money.
