Heritage Homes made the whole selling process straightforward. I realise it can be good or bad luck with buyers but in my experience they were helpful and got on with the job in hand. They provide advice if you need it.
Therefore I would recommend them.

Selling my parents home has been really tough but having someone to support you through not just the process but the rollercoaster of emotions too has been so important. Having someone who 'gets it' made everything that little bit easier. Dan went over and above to make sure the journey was as smooth as possible and he was there at every step of the way. He is a credit to Heritage and renewed my faith in estate agents.

Selling the family home after Mum passed away was handled with expertise and respect by Dan and the team at our local office.
All I had to do was approve each step which was fully explained prior to any decisions being made.

So Heritage were the nominated agents for selling the property we purchased. I haven't got a bad thing to say about them, we dealt with Dan throughout the whole process and I have never known an agent to be so responsive and honest. We booked a very last minute 2nd viewing on the property to make sure we wanted to go ahead which Dan accommodated. We had the memorandum of sale the day after. When we booked our survey which Dan co-ordinated between surveyor and vendor. It was discovered their was Woodworm in the loft and Dan got this dealt with for us promptly. Any questions we had he was more than willing to help.
I really highly advise Heritage Homes, I wish we used them for the sale of our property as that was a very different experience with who we used.
