I was in contact with Hermessale about ten years ago, ordered a belt and a Dogon Duo in orange clemence. The items I received were superb, I am a long standing Hermes customer and very picky by nature. I used the Dogon to pay in the Hermes store for years and no SA saw that it was a copy. One SA even complimented me on it by stating that this Dogon was in such a good condition which truly showed the quality of Hermes, (!!) The leather and the stitching was very nice, leather soft and color genuine and the hardware perfect (clue de selle, palladium) and all this did not change during use over the years.

At that time, I ordered over the homepage without detailed contact on the item to the service team. And in these days, more than ten years ago, the problem was that no shipping to Germany was possible and also not to the Netherlands. So I had to had the items shipped to a friend in the US and picked them up when visiting, This was one reason why I did not come back to Hermessale in the past.
The other was the required payment via Western Union which was very inconvenient at that time.

Now, after the last Hermes price increases in 2023 and 2024, I was kind of annoyed with Hermes`prices sky rocketing! So I contacted Hermes Sale by email again, still under the name Tracy, and was very happy to find that (a) they would now ship to Germany and (b) payment by Wise is an option - very easy (obviously, they take a fee and that from the customer, other than credit cards or paypal).

So, I ordered two Rodeo Pegase. I had soooo many questions and asked for this and that info and photos. And Tracy was extremely patient, never missing a single email question, always to the point and always so helpful and honest! I received upfront fotos before shipping. With one item I was not entirely sure whether I did or did not see an unperfect part of the stitching. So I was send more photos . incredible effort for this small amount of money! At the end, I ordered,

Again, the information what to do on Wise was detailed and clear. I received tracking information but Tracy monitored this, too. In a short term my Rodeo pegase were delivered safely due to the good packaging and I love them!! And on the day of delivery, Tracy proactively approached me to find out whether I was happy.

I have one original and two copies of Rodeo Pegase now and I could not tell any difference! Leather so soft, stitching so well done! Wonderful colors!

Currently, I am in the ordering process of other items (bags) and again,Tracy helps with photos and answers and is always helpful, never misses out on one item and ever so friendly! And really, I am demanding, sigh. They are really experts in the field of bags!!

Overall, Hermessale is a five star experience in all aspects: service, quality of product, packaging, delivery. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a kelly 32 and the quality is simply amazing, the leather is great and the bag is perfect in every little detail. Customer support is also really good, my bag was damaged during shipping but I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement free of charge. I will surely be buying again!

I waited a few weeks before writing this review so I could use the bag for a solid three weeks. Customer service-wise, Tracy is great. The bag arrived in a very tightly packed box and the handles were slightly bent as a result but overall, the quality of the construction appears pretty good and accurate. The bag has a lovely leather scent to it. I would recommend going for the fully handstitched version simply because if it's such a good replica, you might as well go all the way. But for a first try, I reckon the handstiched exterior and machine stitched interior will do. Give yourself about 4 weeks from order to receiving the product.

Hermes Birkin Clemence 35cm was an excellent purchase. The communication was excellent. I will buy from this site again. The only caveat is that the lock and key were gold and the hardware on the bag was silver.

I recently purchased the Kelly 32cm in orange with GHD. This is probably my 5th bag purchase from Tracy; I would not keep coming back if they were not superb quality. I had an authentic Hermes bag in the past and after finding this site, I would never spend the money on the real thing. Tracy is the best and their bags are beautiful so don’t hesitate ladies!
