The communication was great and I received my wig quickly. When I receive the wig it looked great out of the box but when I tried to put it on the cap is extremely small, the braids up front are skimpy and you can't really change the style up in the front because of this, the wig look nothing like what is shown. I made it work with the cap size because I was going on my honeymoon. I wore the wig for two days and had to take it off. I don't feel like this is human hair and if it is it's poor quality! The wig is also not very full and I got the the 220 density. All in all it was a large waste of money. Will not order from this company again!

extremely disappointed with my experience with Hermose Hair. I asked for a refund 4 days ago, and my funds were just now being returned after being held with little to no communication. My birthday and Mother’s Day were not taken into consideration at all during this process.

I truly wanted the wig and was excited to support your company, but if the order could not be fulfilled properly, I expected a timely refund instead of my money being tied up for days. Holding a customer’s funds without resolving the issue quickly is very unprofessional and honestly comes across as low down and fraudulent.

This situation caused unnecessary stress during an important time for me, and I feel completely let down by your customer service. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and respect when spending their hard-earned money.

I hope your company takes situations like this more seriously moving forward because this experience has definitely made me reconsider ever shopping here again.

I wanted my hair customized and they were nice enough to do it for me no charge! My package shipped and I received it in just 3 days! The hair is beautiful and so soft! I was shocked!
