I cannot recommend Hero Car Finance highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and Austin went above and beyond to understand my circumstances and help me secure not just the right finance package, but the car I really wanted.

He took the time to explain everything, helped me find a great lender and finance deal, and never made me feel pressured. I travelled a long distance to collect the car, and the team were incredibly welcoming and hospitable throughout. Even after arriving, I completely changed my mind about the car I wanted. Despite all the paperwork already being underway, Austin and Jordan were so accommodating, arranging two test drives and helping me drive away in an even better car than I’d originally planned - my Audi, which was the one I’d wanted all along, but didn’t think I could afford!

I’ve been driving for 16 years and have bought several cars over the years, but this was, without question, the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely committed to great customer service.

A huge thank you to Austin (and Jordan) for making the whole experience such a positive one. I’ll be recommending Hero Car Finance to everyone, and I already know where I’ll be coming back to when it’s time to trade this one in!

started off really good but had 2 different issues with the car since having it 5/6 weeks ago, been promised 4-5 times that a manager will call me and it never happens, get told I can take it to a garage closer to where I live and then am told they won't pay that bill, seems like nobody wants to deal with what's going on and no manager seems to want to ring, when you ring them to chase a manager up your told they are busy and will call you when they finished what they doing but nobody rings, even had staff been rude on the phone or even putting the phone down on you if you ask for a manager.

Excellent service from start to finish nothing was to much trouble I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no nonsense fast efficient service and can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

From the first phone.call to collecting car was 5stars but after that 2stars, my window regulator went and got told to get a quote,pay for it claim it back too much hassle doing it that way and also i am still awaiting my V5,spare key and any book pack

Where do I start was promised a clean 23 plate car bought in the evening drove home 100’s of miles away, and so many defects on the bodywork suspension fault, they actually paid to rectify and fix the suspension, but the worse part was the bodywork, I’ve had to go down the legal route as they never answered calls currently have an ongoing complaint with the finance company to whip this company into shape completely unprofessional and now they have refused to fix the bodywork we shall see about that ! Avoid like the plague !! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
