I love their prints, but the shirts themselves are a really terrible quality. They are extremely boxy and they don't have a more modern fit.

They also can't seem to get their sizing consistent at all. I have ordered about 5 XL shirts from them so far, and everyone fits differently. The most recent XL feels like its barely a large. When I reach out to ask if they changed their shirt sizes, they gave a generic response about returning the product.

I don't care about getting my $30 bucks back, I want to know what your shirt sizes are going forward.

I would wear these shirts as PJ shirts in the evenings, but if they can't get the sizing consistent then I won't be ordering from them going forward.

The clothing is of good quality, and I love the designs. However, the sizing is very inconsistent overall; a medium shirt in one design was about the same as an XL in a different one, and neither was labeled as an oversize. The website does not adequately warn for that. I'm lucky that, based on other peoples' reviews, I sized up adequately on most of my purchases

Incapable of sending a different size shirt. Ordered an XL and received an XXL. Would have been fine, mistakes happen, but have tried to exchange for an XL and TWICE have received an XXL. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely love their clothing, accessories and I love the new addition of their travel gear. Everytime I wear their clothing I get compliments on it. I love seeing how they style clothing in their ads because it gives me ideas on how I can style my own outfits too.

Overall always recommend them for their unique and high quality designs. If you love nerdy clothing but want it to be intentionally designed, Heroes & Villains brand is for you.

I purchased a backpack for my husband as a Christmas gift, and it was already falling apart by March. He reached out my email and got no response, so here I am doing what I can via social media and online pages. For what they charge for these backpacks, you really expect better quality. Extremely disappointing and embarrassed to have bought and given my husband such a poor quality gift item.

Not sure why the low review. They for sure have expensive prices, but everything I've gotten from there is good. Plus customer service is great

H&V is now my go-to brand for high quality franchise merch (I'm particularly fond of their Star Wars collection). They have a wide range of clothing and accessories, with new designs being added quite frequently while older products often get a nice little discount. They also seem to hold fairly regular sale periods (e.g. Black Friday, May the Fourth), so definitely worth checking out then if you're on a tighter budget.

The quality and design of their products is always top notch, and so far I haven't had any problems with delivery (orders have usually been dispatched within 1-5 business days). The products aren't exactly cheap, but you do get what you pay for and everything feels very well made and of good materials.

As a UK-based buyer, I'm having to use a third party to ship things across the pond since H&V unfortunately don't ship directly to where I am. But even with the high private shipping costs, I have no regrets because no other brand seems to create such interesting and good quality designs when it comes to franchise apparel.

To be honest I was unsure about ordering something from them after reading some of the reviews. But I really loved the design of their Grievous shirt, so I decided to give it a try. I'm happy to say I had a positive experience. The shirt shipped out the day after I had ordered it and it arrived about a week later. The print quality is very good and the shirt size is just right. If they have a shirt design you like I say give it a try.

Took 8 weeks to ship to Utah, finally the lapel pins I ordered arrived and the sharp pin was bent on multiple lapel pins product quality was very poor. I reviewed on the heroesvillains.com website and it was never put up. No one ever reached out to remedy the situation. Go figure they don't want honest reviews on there everything that has a rating has 5 stars. But on the BBB website they are poorly rated. Weird. Spend your money elsewhere.
