Poor poor poor!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful customer service, ordered 29th November and the item has still not turned up, with no responses to any of my emails, and no one answers the mobile number. Absolutely disgusting, such a con.

The worse company I have dealt with took ages for the delivery then delivered to wrong address so not received item asked for a replacement or refund and not responding to my messages or emails so my sons not got his main Christmas present 😡😡🤬🤬

Disgusting company still yet to receive my son's spiderman mask. Says dispatched from UK but shipment says China. Their automated reply says order is fulfilled and I spent alot of money on it. Con of a website DO NOT ORDER

Absolutely disgusting! 5 to 7 business days?? Going on over 2 weeks and it's still in china. If you google the address the company is a house on a new estate. My son now wont have his Christmas present. I'll be going to the financial ombudsman and trading standards. Trust me, this company is getting shut down. Scamming people all over! Should be ashamed. Were replying to emails now stopped since I've told them I'm complaining.

This company don’t even deserve 1 stars. I’m still waiting for a reply. This is also my second review. Nearly a month ago I placed an order for £100. Still no order and they don’t even get back to you. I’ve messages numerous amount of times. Yet still nothing!! Does anyone know how I can get hold of this disgrace of a company please?

Customer service was really good, they answered all my questions and responded within a couple of days. I oreded the Ironman Mk5 and it arrived on time, today and it is amazing, exactly as described on the website. As soon as it came I took it out the box and tested and it works perfectly, this is the best cosplay helmet I've ever had. Unfortunately my Mrs bought it for me for Christmas, so I had to put it back in the box and put it under the tree. Can't wait to have it properly. I've read alot of the reviews and was abit skeptical, but I had no problems at all and will be using the company again in The future

I didn't receive the parcel, it can't be tracked and the company's mail doesn't respond to my letters. It looks like they're scammers

This company sent me a broken fake knockoff Iron Man Mark 5 helmet, meant for my little boys main Christmas present. I spent £170 on plastic tat. Says dispatch from UK but came from China, I’m going via Trading standards as still have had no response.

I HAVE LEFT MY ORIGINAL COMMMENT BELOW BUT WANTED TO HE FAIR AND SAY THAT THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND TOLD ME THE MASK WAS ON THE WAY AND IT ARRIVED ON SATURDAY AS ADVISED. IT IS A SHAME THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE TO EXPLAIN OR EVEN PUT ANY PAPERWORK IN WITH PARCELS EXPLAINING OTHER ITEMS ARE TO FOLLOW ETC, DUE TO THIS AND EVERYTHING BEING COVERED IN CHINESE WRITING I HAD ASSUMED THE WORST. CHECKED THE MASK AND SEEMS TO WORK WELL. THANKS

Fraudulent. Wasted a lot of money on my son's Christmas presents. These were the only things he requested and he had his heart set on the. Despite spending the best part of £90 I haven't even received a single email from them (and yes, I have checked spam folder etc) not even a delivery email. I have received a parcel containing 2 of the 3 items. Thor's hammer looks OK but the figurine is clearly an imitation and doesn't resemble the photos - even the box is different - it has Chinese writing all over it. If I had wanted this rubbish I could have gone to Ali express or similar myself, I thought this was a reputable site. Even worse, the spiderman mask is completely missing and I have had no communication to say it is en route. This won't be the last you hear off me, I will be taking this further.

Can't give an opinion on the item as it has yet to arrive. Had to hound them for them to re send the order as tracking never updated in 3 weeks. Eventually thwy resent it & again had to ask several tikes for a tracking number. Customer services takes notion if they'll reply to you or not. Dispatched from China, website leaves you to be believe it's UK dispatch. Would not recommend this website based on delivery issues & poor customer services.

My experience with Hero Haven has been very good. They have always come back very promptly to any messages sent to them. I have passed their website on to friends who have family members that are into superhero’s.

Ordered the Iron man MK5 helmet. It arrived in 2 weeks.
I got worried as I read bad reviews and started to panic that it wouldn’t come or wouldn’t be any good.
It is amazing, can’t wait to see my sons face when he sees it.

Bought spiderman mask on the 23rd and still not received it. No updated tracking information from the 27th of November. My son will be disappointed if I do not receive it in time for Christmas.

Ordered something, tried to return it during the window and they just didn't respond to emails (I did check my spam) so I just posted the stuff back to their address and called my credit card company to cancel the payment.

Ordered on the 22nd of November and still not arrived. Emailed the seller several times but I have not received a reply.

You state 5-7 days for delivery. Order was placed on 23rd November and still not received it, it's now the 10th December!

Received my order and isn’t working, wait ages for it then not working not great and they take ages in replying to you too.

Shocking. Do not buy. I’m still awaiting a refund for a mask I returned and no sign of the new mask I have paid for.
You should be ashamed of yourselves Hero Haven.
You lie about return payment and delivery.
Thank you for ruining Christmas for my grandson. I will not let these issues go unreported
