The holes don’t match up with the pictures on our driver’s licenses. I’ve sent multiple requests for a return label and have not gotten any responses.

The wallet was sent, lost by shipping company and I got sent a generic email saying it would be taken to “Lauren”’s supervisors. Never heard again, no response to emails. Have now tried claiming back through my bank, we’ll see how it goes. Do not buy from them, would be my advice!

Items DO NOT FIT US drivers license!! Ordered as Christmas gifts, placed my order with enough time to arrive. Received till mid January. Emailed twice with no response, disputed charges.

I ordered from this company in time to receive items for Christmas, even paid express
shipping just to be sure. Order placed December 17th with 1-2 day shipping. I did not get
items until January 6th. The company has been emailed 12 times with only 2 responses.
Email is their only contact source. I ordered again twice because I was desperate for this
item and didnt even get those orders. The second order was placed the same day as the
original order, December 17. Third order placed December 26. Filed complaint with BBB. $129.47 foolishly wasted.

Item never arrived. Had to complain through my credit card company.

Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I purchased two wallets and neither of them work as advertised for a UK driving licence. As others have mentioned when asking for a shipping return label you just get an automated message from "Lauren" and never receive anything despite chasing. Do not buy from this company.

Got the item, the picture doesn' t fit as it was supposed to...wrote to the email address but never got any reply

I got scammed. Ordered a wallet and when it came it was cheaply made, not something I wanted to give as a gift. I reached out to the company 1/4/25 asking to return and get a refund - got an email 1/6/25 saying they would look into it. The language used in the email was obviously either AI or someone using a language translation software. Emailed a second time 1/18/25 asking for an update, no response.

Should be removed from Facebook verified. Ordered a wallet for my husband and when it came it didn't line up. I emailed to start a return and was met with an email stating:
"Hey, I'm a member from the Heroic IDs. We sincerely regret this inconvenience caused to you. Kindly allow us some time to look into this. I'll forward this issue to my supervisor, and we'll work on finding a solution at the earliest.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding."
After that it was crickets. I tried reaching out again and again and got no response. Do not buy from this company. When you read the comments on their Facebook posts the bad comments end up being hidden so you don't know that its a scam. I get that they sent the product to me but not offering a refund when their website clearly states it is "No hassle returns" I would have been better off ordering off of Temu. At least if i wasn't happy i would have gotten my money back and i would be out 35 dollars.

the id will not fit a south carolina drivers license and they will not return my email regarding my concern .

Wish I had seen this site before. I tried to do my research. First off website says they shjp out of US which is a lie. It shipped out of China and took forever. 2nd product was nothing like described does not fit id's poor quality, small. 3rd says they offer no hassle return which is a lie because you can only contact them by an email and they will not return messages.

Did not fit ID as stated. I have sent numerous messages to this company and I get a generated message from Laura that answers with this message
"This is Lauren from Heroic ID. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused. Kindly allow us some time to look into this. I'll forward this matter to my supervisor and we'll work on addressing this at the earliest.

This company is so bad with customer service and sport it should be illegal.
The product is just as bad .
If I could give lower than A star i would.
Doing business here is a waste of time and money .

This company is AWFUL. They are scamming people, quality is terrible its not even a "wallet" its a card holder for one card. They charged for expedited shipping took 3 weeks. They also would not answer any of my emails after purchase. DO NOT SUPPORT this company.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered and instantly discovered I ordered the wrong product and emailed for DAYS with no reply. Eventually I received a shipping confirmation so clearly they didn't try to stop my order and I am trying to return with NO REPLYS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered for a Christmas gift... It came after Christmas without the "free gift" and their customer service is a joke. I have to just eat the $25 I guess at this point.

DO NOT ORDER, Husband ordered 5 weeks before Christmas 2024. Website promised delivery by Christmas 2024. Product showed up January 2025. Customer Service is a joke. The "tracking" is unreliable. Product is not as promised. ID does not line up with cutout.
