What's the point of asking a customer to go to post office and find out the reason when it clearly shows that item had been send back to sender after 30 days

I placed an order with them and was immediately overcharged, so I requested the order to be cancelled and to receive a refund. Through daily emails back and forth they continued to stall, until the order showed shipped a week later and then said they could not send a refund since it was in transit. Avoid this unreliable business as they are scammerds.

As with all others, do not trust this company. I ordered Xmas mantel holders on December 1 ‘24 and finally received in a damaged, flimsy package on January 16 ‘25. During that time I contacted this company inquiring where the package was. I was constantly being told to have patience. Finally I filed dispute with both Paypal and credit card company to no avail. Heroinet notes on website and in a response to me about customer satisfaction that they will accept a return. After numerous correspondence I asked for return shipping info and they refused to provide it to me. DO NOT BUY anything from this company if you expect to get it in a reasonable amount of time, and expect cooperation from it.

Ordered 2 items (mantel garland hangers heavy duty) on 11/26/24 with expedited shipping for 7-12 days and paid with Paypal. Received order confirmation verifying order and price paid from the site. Ten minutes later I received a receipt from Paypal with a different price. Upon checking, Heroinet charged me $15 in taxes on a $52 purchase. I immediately emailed the seller via their Paypay email and they refunded me the $15 stating it was a "glitch", which I obviously did not believe. On 11/28/2024, I received a shipping notice with tracking # and website to track. Had no idea items were coming from overseas as I was never informed prior to the purchase. Tracking showed origination in "Ireland". After 2 weeks with few updates, tracking showed items in customs in "Ireland". I again emailed Heroinet to complain about the length of shipping time and the fact that they never informed me before the purchase that items would ship from overseas (I would have never ordered because these were Christmas items. Plus I needed the items in 2 weeks or less which is why I paid for expedited shipping 7-12days). I received a generic reply reminding me of my tracking info, that I didn't need, and them telling me not to worry. They told me the expedited shipping was to prioritize my order, not expedite shipping. This is an excuse and a lie because their website and my receipt clearly stated "Expedited shipping purchased" and on the site it states "Expedited shipping 7-12 days". They answered none of my other questions. Over the next 2 weeks shipping updates were few and provided no location. On 12/25/24 my item was listed in "Denver", then all movement stopped. Reaching out again to complain, I was provided with a completely different tracking number and website. This new tracking information showed my items originated/shipped from China on 12/13/2024...this is 17 days after I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. So now we have shipping originated in China, and not from Ireland as the other tracking had shown. The lies and discrepancies keep piling on: two different countries of origin with a two week gap in shipping time and still no update on current location. I continued to contact them to let them know their shipping information is riddled with inconsistencies and not real, I sent images of the inconsistencies showing the two different countries, shipping dates that were 2 weeks apart, tracking info with no scans or locations, and I asked for a refund. The tracking literally said "Your shipment is in transit. Thanks for your waiting." No location entry scans. I kept getting the run around, so I finally filed a Paypal dispute. Even after trying to get a refund from seller with Paypal dispute, Heroinet ignored my refund request and gave me more BS by telling me the "item is tracking normally". I do not consider 44 days normal tracking. I escalated dispute with Paypal and Paypal immediately ruled in my favor and issued my refund when they saw no tracking movement and seller not helping. Stay far away from this website they are frauds!!

Like others on here, I was also scammed by this company.
I placed my order for the heavy duty 2 in 1 mantle hangers on Nov 13.
I finally received them on Jan 6. I don’t need them anymore.
The package arrived in a flimsy plastic bag held together with packing tape and one of the hangers sticking out of it.

They also don’t look like what I ordered.

I’ve been in contact with them multiple times and they still keep on asking me the same questions that are not relevant to my case.

I’m disappointed because it sounds like I will not get my $68 back.

This Christmas season has really scammed me over. First with the cedar real touch garland scam and now THESE.

Makes you not want to purchase online, BUT stores don’t sell these things.

Like the others the garland hangers were sent and tracking stopped in Minneapolis. Fed Ex number was given as next source of tracking and that number shows never being received.

Can I give them zero stars? AWFUL. Customer service is a bot. Package sits in some warehouse for weeks on end. They WILL NOT refund you no matter how many times you ask and even though you've never received the item. Doesn't matter that it was over $50. If this was a trivial amount of money, I wouldn't care. But come on. I didn't get the thing. Give me my money back.

Never got our stuff. We ordered more than 6 weeks ago, and though we have been in "communication," nothing. No refund. Didn't get the stuff we ordered, which, by the way, was Christmas decorations. Awful experience. Terrible customer service.

Shipped completely different item, took much longer to receive. Item did not function as represented! Paid $130 and offered $12 refund! Complained went to $15.

Do not purchase from this company!

Same experience as others. Ordered heavy duty garland hangers, stuck in shipping for over 6 weeks. Tracking showed them in Italy forever, then ANCHORAGE, ALASKA! Finally made it to my home in Virginia and they were trash. Nothing like what I ordered. Small and flimsy. The icing on the cake was the package had a scam return address in Chicago. These are scammers through and through gathering your data and payment info. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Same as other mentioned here, I ordered the stocking/garland holders 5 weeks ago. Paid extra for what they called "MVP" shipping. I still haven't received anything. SCAM!

Ordered mantle hangers for mother-in-laws birthday ( a month before her birthday) never came. Same experience another person had...tracking said they were coming from Italy then tracking stopped once in US. Emailed their customer service and they said they are sending a new order after I said I wanted a full refund if I don't receive them by Xmas. We shall see if I get them at all or of what quality they are if I do receive them. I'm out about $70 now!

I ordered the mantel garland hangers, back in November 2024. I got tracking an up dates that they were coming from Italy(which I had no idea) and once they supposedly hit the US customs I never got any more updates. I am starting to realize I was taken. UGH

Bait and switch alert! I ordered heavy duty garland hangers to fit 8” mantle. Received cheap hangers which only handle 3” mantle. Company claims it is what I ordered. Wants to give me $7 compensation on $85 order.

I ordered two winter coats. They were too small. I tried to return them to exchange them. I tried to return them and just get a refund. I was never given any address to return them.

"So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit. Will it be possible to give them to others?"

This is unacceptable.

The garland hangers I ordered did not work as advertised. They cost $83. I requested to return and they refused. They offered a $6 refund.

I would advise any person considering placing an order with this company to think twice!
I placed an order 11/9/2024 and paid for the items.
I emailed the company twice for status. They won’t give me a tracking number or help me with status of where my order is.
I have never received the items.
Do not do business with them unless you are willing to throw away your money.

I still have not received my order (heavy duty garland mantel hangers).
No responses to my emails!

I would advise any person considering placing an order with this company to think twice. Although I paid for my order, I never received the items. I understand mail gets lost but the company has not been cooperative in issuing a refund. Do not do business with them unless you are willing to throw away your money.
