Not going to write a novel here. It works, the process is simple and the support team has been helpful when needed.

I was expecting a complicated process but everything was surprisingly straightforward. The consultation covered the right questions, the treatment arrived discreetly and the follow up information was easy to understand. It made getting started much less intimidating than I'd imagined.

My husband tends to avoid healthcare appointments whenever possible. This service removed a lot of the barriers that usually stop him from getting help and that alone made it worthwhile.

Do not order. SCAM. FRAUD I ordered one month to try and did not sign up for a subscription. A month later I am charged 199.00 and another unauthorized shipment was sent. I contacted via e mail . Customer service phone number they advertise is a scam. I’ve called over 30 times . Customer service is never available. I have left 5 messages with no return call .
They will charge you fir products you did not order and will not refund nor cancel

This company is a scam and fraud.

It’s to bad because I took the one month I ordered and actually worked ok. But I’ll never subscribe with this company. Crooks SCAMS. FRAUD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

My package arrived discreetly and exactly on schedule. Nobody would have known what was inside.

The delivery was delayed by two days because of a carrier issue but support responded almost immediately when I reached out. They were transparent about what happened and followed up until the package arrived.

The account dashboard was easy to use and I could track everything without confusion. That's a small detail but it made the experience smoother.
