I have been using Hero Pack compostable mailing bags for 2 years now and LOVE them! They have never let me down, I love the range of colours - usually stick with pink but like to mix it up a bit with different colours every now and then! I also have the Hero Printer and am super impressed with the ease of use and function. Great job guys!

My go-to packaging for my ecommerce business. My absolute fav product is their HEROSHEILD compostable bubble wrap in pink. It's so on brand for my biz, and it's soft and spongey. I love their ethos being behind sustainability, and they really do stock everything a business would need.

I love the hero packs and have been using them for 3 years now and will continue to keep using them for my small business. I hope to be able to afford some customised mailers from Hero one day.

I’ve always loved heropacking their colours sizes and range of products is amazing! For someone who wants a better environment and less plastic waste these are amazing! I will always pick heropackaging!

I started selling on poshmark, mercari & eBay this year so I am kinda new to polymailers and such. I googled recycled polymailers and hero packaging was one of the first I seen so I clicked on it and I am so glad that I did. One of the best brands in shipping supplies that I’ve come across. I ordered the black ones and I LOVE them. Just all around a good company. The only downside to shopping with them is the shipping is outrageous, like I ordered 25 bags and they go by sizes so for 25 bags or small-medium was only $10 but shipping is a whole $14 more. But they are kinda worth it if you want my opinion.

I was searching for some eco friendly mailers and came across hero packaging. The pricing of the mailers are slightly higher than competitors, ok perhaps for being the first ones to sell compostable mailers? What I don’t understand is the excessive delivery fee. Almost 20 dollars to send within the same state for the same thing from another state would cost me half to a third of that? Either a massive error or profiteering? Please check it asap!

Which brings me to my next point, carbon offsetting, why would it be advertised as eco friendly if the price of offsetting the carbon emissions isn’t included in the pricing but as a seperate add on? It’s a choice of the customers to be eco rather than the responsibility of the business owners?

Mailers are ok but pricing needs clarification. Sample boxes are always out of stock.

Needs adjustments could possibly be better given new staff hires.

I have used Heropacks for my small business. They are durable and strong. They smell really like a caramel. After my first order, I kept ordering more and the customer service is great there, they reply on time and care about their customers, that what I felt. I believe there should be more businesses who should move to sustainable packaging instead of plastic packaging.

Bit disappointed to find out that nothing at all is made in AUS, but nowadays everyone advertises themselves as "Aussie companies" but are just selling 100% Chinese stuff from factories in unknown locations with no evidence of fair trade. Nothing special. Pretty overpriced & definitely a lot of green-washing going on... Compostable packaging does not tell customers not to recycle so it ends up ruining recyclables doing more harm than good which they are aware of but don't care. It's all about the eco label and the sweet price people are willing to pay. Highly doubt the company gives a crap about the environment even though they preach it all over Google ads and paid media, yet doesn't support any environmental issues with its proceeds. No evidence of offsetting their carbon. So, not HEROES lol but better than plastic packaging, far from the best eco friendly option.
