Her Racing Journey is a community-driven organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering girls and women within motorsport. Founded on the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to pursue their passion, HRJ exists to celebrate stories, inspire confidence, and create a welcoming environment for those involved in racing, regardless of experience or discipline. Our mission is to provide meaningful opportunities for our ambassadors and the wider motorsport community through media, storytelling, partnerships, and community engagement. From race weekend coverage and driver features to interviews, articles, and podcasts, we aim to shine a light on the people behind the helmets and highlight the journeys that go unseen. One of our newest initiatives is Under The Visor, a dedicated platform that explores the experiences beyond track. Through podcasts, written features, and community submissions, UTV gives drivers, teams, supporters, and fans the opportunity to share their stories, challenges, achievements, and personal journeys. We believe that every story matters and that every voice deserves to be heard. Alongside UTV, HRJ continues to expand through projects such as HRJ TV, community campaigns, ambassador programmes, and collaborative partnerships, all designed to strengthen connections across the motorsport community.
