I give this company 1 star. That’s generous. Total scam ! Beware do not buy anything appaling

I have had to pursue a successful chargeback with my bank who have supported me with a refund. The goods I ordered never arrived and the dubious tracking details claimed it took months for my order to reach the UK from USA and then claimed my package was bouncing round the UK. I don't think it ever existed.

WARNING DONOT BUY.. Bought 2 pack of bras triple checked size and checked I was buying from the UK. RECENTLY DIAGNOSED WITH BREAST CANCER AND THOUGHT THESE BRAS WOULD BE OK FOR ME AFTER MY SURGERY.
I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it, as I saw very bad reviews online for this company. They said item had already been shipped.
They came from China NOT THE UK AS I THOUGHT. BRAS ARE VERY VERY SMALL, HAD A SEAM THAT WAS COMING UNDONE, UNRAVELLED THREADS, WONKY CUT FABRIC AND TERRIBLE POOR QUALITY.
I ASKED TO RETURN FOR A REFUND AT FIRST WAS OFFERED £2 COMPENSATION.. THEN £4 COMPENSATION WHICH I REFUSED. THEY ADVISED I COULD RETURN AT MY OWN EXPENSE, THEY REFUSED TO PAY OR REFUND POSTAGE EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT OUT FAULTY DAMAGED POOR QUALITY GOODS.
I AM TOO UNWELL TO BE TRYING TO DEAL WITH THIS AND CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY TO RETURN THE BRAS TO CHINA. SHOULD HAVE COST ME £14.99 BUT WITHOUT TELLING ME THEY ADDED £3 TAX SO I HAVE LOST £17.99.
THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR BUT HAD TO GIVE IT TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE A REVIEW.

Dreadful!! Utterly appalling!! Ordered 2 bras and checked the size carefully. Ordered 2XL and they are so tiny they almost cut my blood supply off. No idea who dose the sizing - they should find another job. Plus it took 5 weeks to arrive!! They were cheap so I’m not surprised and they will go to charity - absolute sh**te!!!!

Ordered shoes a year ago in July 2020. Never received and they refused to refund me saying to be patient!?

I have been trying to get either the shoes I ordered (although based on other reviews I probably don’t want them) or a £40 refund for the last year - now apparently the email address no longer works.
Absolute scammers do not buy from these people.

I had to give one star so that I could leave a review but this is an absolute rubbish company. I bought some shoes that were a lot smaller than the stated size. No help from the company. They wouldn't let me return them or change them. They went to charity. Do Not Use This Rip-off Company.

Absolute bunch of shysters, do not buy anything from them. They sent the wrong size shoe, i tried to return them and get the money back but they were not willing to do so. No regard for the consumer rights act at all!

After not receiving my first sandals they 'sent another pair which again didn't turn up. I have discovered through the post office that the company are giving false tracking information. Checked with the alleged place of delivery and they hadn't got them either.
What is concerning is that the post office computer records show goods as being delivered. Does this mean that the post office systems have been hacked. I sense something bigger here.

Received a pair of sandals, wasn't too sure about the colour but oh my goodness! They are so comfy, it's like walking around with nothing on my feet and would definitely recommend.

Do not buy anything from this company I did not receive the sandals at all. They insisted that they had sent them but they never arrived. I so wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I had to give 1 star as I could not write a review without doing so. You have been warned don't order anything

Absolutely dreadful product not true to size, like others ordered a size up.

One star is also too high - shoes would not even go on a normal foot and they won't entertain a refund as they say the correct item was sent. Absolute bunch of fraudsters. The shoes are also very poor quality - don't waste your money buying anything from these people. You will not get your money back even under the Sale of Goods Act as they just say they sent the right thing. I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing and saved my sanity a little. as well as my money. Took 4 weeks to arrive too!

I had no choice but to.put in 1 star, it should be No Star at all!! I have exactly the same problem as you all. I am a Size 8, but ordered 9 to make sure for comfort I couldn't believe it, two pair of sandals, very squashed, poor quality etc, width very narrow, ridiculous! They even demanded me to take a photo with quarter of my foot in, as couldn't get right in so I sent the photo! But it still did not make any difference, they still said you ordered that size nothing we can do for you. We do not do refunds!!! I am so angry!! 😠 is therre any way we can report to someone who can challenge them and stop them from trading?

Having placed an order weeks ago, am still waiting for the order to arrive.When l contact them by email I keep being assured that my order has indeed been dispatched. From previous customer reviews I am not reassured that the items will be as described when or if they ever put in an appearance.

For some unknown reason, I did not read the reviews for this website!

Absolutely appalling Customer Service.

The trainers were extremely shoddy & ill fitting.

Whilst they responded quickly to my emails, they just kept repeating....”we sent you the correct product”!

“Thank you for understanding”...... I don’t think so!

Be warned.

Ordered a jacket which arrived at least three sizes smaller than advertised on the website size guide. No return address of package. Asked customer support for a refund or exchange but was told this was not possible as they had delivered what I ordered. No regard for UK consumer law. They should not be selling to the UK. Website has vanished too, so I can't even check the sizing they originally offered! Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a top no resemblance in style to what was ordered is horrid disgusting. Can't even sell on ebay. Very disappointed

I bought some shoes from them and when they arrived they were clearly not the same shoe. It was laughable as to how different they were. They advertise shoes clothes etc but they copy these originals and you get a
Poor man’s version of it. Totally different. Fortunately I was reimbursed by PayPal they were brilliant and could see the scam that was going on.

Like many others have said, one star is too many. Ordered a jacket which was far too small. They simply refuse to exchange or refund. Has taught me a hard lesson!
