I have found the Herts academy new entrant acs gas engineer program very helpful and I am very confident in passing my mlp exam. Spencer and Dave are wonderful instructors and the admin team are always welcoming.

The course was very helpful , I learnt so much over my 6 week course , wanted to give a big thanks to some of the great instructors/trainers Steve , Dave , Collin , Bill and Spence , one step closer to pursing the career I’ve always wanted , thank you guys and the girls in the office for making this such a great experience , Thank you guys!

Excellent training academy. Assessors are very knowledgeable and thorough. Very helpful and friendly staff that help make the whole process very smooth. Will definitely come back to renew in five years.

Although being a regular client doing my ACS reassessments, HIU course recently and booked my G3 Unvented course with them and brought them 2 more clients like myself. I missed my G3 course on the 2nd of March unintentionally because I had the date wrong. Today 5th of March I called them asking to rebook me and I was happy to pay a penalty or admin fee to do my course but I was told "You missed it and you have to pay the full amount again!", no other options. I am really disappointed. It's a good centre but the 5 star reviews you see up are all given for a prize in the centre. I never leave a bad review, but this time I really am disappointed with the bad customer service.

Finished week 3 of gas mlp with Spencer Wells. Brilliant training as usual. Learned so much about flues and ventilation. It's surprising how much there is to know. But everything explained until understood.

I ve been recently studying my Gas Safe certification at Herts Energy Academy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience.

I’m really enjoying my experience at Herts energy college, it’s a fantastic set up with manageable payments, staff are very helpful and are always on hand to sort out any issues. It’s very flexible and whilst i work full time self employed, I am still able to complete my gas course without affecting my income, I would recommend this course for beginners or experienced plumbers as it caters for all abilities. I’m enjoying being back in education and look forward to my Saturday sessions with Clark who’s been a huge help the whole way through my course. I would recommend it to all
