It took a couple of weeks for the delivery. I was worried at 1st after reading other reviews but it was well worth the wait.

The unit is well made and there is plenty of information available on how to use and details of the many frequencies and the benefits by simply scanning the QR code.

Does it work? Yes, definitely without a doubt. The cervogenic headache caused by my cervical myelopathy has been permanent 24/7 since Dec 24. I've been using 174hz and when sitting next to it the head pain, neck and shoulder stiffness is gone within 5 - 10 minutes.

Very flimsy I'm pretty sure it wont last long.For the price you pay the case should at least come free.As others have said you only get an email advising on some frequencies.

no instructions.... coudn't get it to charge.. i've been scammed before, but this is ridiculous.......

The device is okay, but the connections are fragile, and I fear they won't last. The customer service is dreadful. I asked to return the speaker because it is just a standard speaker similar to one I already own, and I don't need another. I have not had a reply to either my online message or email. I recommend exercising caution if you decide to purchase this product, as it is unlikely that you will receive a refund if you decide you don't like it.

Do not buy, the product does not work at all

The generator has significantly improved the quality of my sleep. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested and rejuvenated. It's a game-changer for anyone struggling with sleep issues.

My equipment arrived in separate packages. The quality of the product is terrible, very flimsy. It looks like I actually have a piece missing. No instruction manual just useless videos that are so quick I really can't work out how to use it. Money down the drain and this product is not cheap, I might swell have set my money on fire.

a well made product, seems very robust, easy to use. I myself do not use the headphones. There are lots of frequencies to experiment with and customer service is very good.

Very disappointed. Slow delivery, items arrived separately. Machine poor quality with faulty Jack point. Flimsy cheap headphones that are already falling apart after just a couple of uses. Speaker charger cable arrived crushed; speaker faulty so no use. The case I ordered is ok. Trying to return for a full refund which is proving difficult. Website indicated it's a UK company. Billing address in Slovenia. Been told I've to send everything back to a warehouse in the USA and pay own postage. Not feeling confident!!! Please beware.
