One star still too much. I have ordered a pair of trainers and I thought was a very good price. Now I know why the price was very good, it's because they don't deliver, they take your money, they steal from you. I have sent emails and no answer. £20 poorer :(

EXACTLY the same as all the other reviews.
Took payment but no delivery. I have emailed several times with no reply and the telephone number is invalid.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Fraud company,I will report it now,paid money one month ago and still no reply.No idea how these kind of fraudsters are allowed to sustain

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Still not received I’ve emailed this company 5 times. Haven’t the courtesy to respond. I very much wished I had looked on here for reviews before I paid an obvious scammer the reviews are shocking. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade …… trading standards will be informed if I don’t receive my order or full refund. Absolutely shocking Absolutely disgraceful. Please reply and tell me why you haven’t posted my order or refunded …… !!!!!!

SCAM STAY FAR AWAY

I ordered a Bra never got a dispatched email, I have emailed several times with no response, this site needs to be shut down!

This company is a scam company. They never deliver or refund. Deliver my product or refund my money.

Would have given no stars if poss. Took my order on 3rd July. Still not arrived. Not replied to several emails. Would advise never to order from this company.

After having emailed no less than 12 times and still no word from this company I'm now £20 lighter and nothing to show for it being a pensioner I can ill afford this

This is a disgusting company they steal your money. My order has not arrived ordered on 9th July they were very happy to take my money. I have tried to get in touch with them but they don't reply. Stear clear of them

SCAM!! Ordered over a month ago, never got a despatch email. Sent them 4 emails now asking for a refund & never get a reply. Disgusting.

Scam.

Took payment. No despatch email or any communication. No product. Ignored all emails. Clearly a scam.

Bought some sandals which didnt fit sent them straight back. Got proof of postage back, no luck getting my refund this was on 22nd April. I have emailed have been told it has to go to a manager before I can get a refund still waiting. I am disgusted as there has been no customer service whatsoever, there was no statement/invoice or details of how to return in the plastic bag they were sent in. I wish I could get my money back since they have the goods

In February my daughter purchased some boots for me as a present and a pair for herself. When my pair arrived they were the wrong size ! After many emails these have not been replaced. I find this very shoddy as they are always saying they will have to speak to a manager / we will send a replacement. I would not recommend them to anybody. It is shameful how they can take peoples money.

Absolutely poor service, a joke of a shop. Claimed that we had to send faulty goods back to China despite them being a UK company based in London. Avoid at all costs

Absolute scam. I ordered two pairs of boots in January, one pair was a size too big and I contacted them about this. I was asked to send a picture which I did and I was told they would send me another pair, the correct size and better quality. I have continued to chase them and I have never received another pair or a refund. They are now just ignoring my emails.
The boots quality is terrible and won't last one second in the rain or any bad weather. Extremely disappointed to read how many people this has happened to as well.

Reviews here are mentioning that refunds are not given as its a 'sale' product. Their website (when it was online and for those who have a screen shot) will realise it had a 100 day, no qualms, return policy.
Their address did not refer to 'China delivery', and instead gave the business address 71-75 Shelton Street Covent garden London WC2H 9JQ. It looked legitimate.
Hervies is presently back on facebook with a beauty product this time. Facebook should be responsible for who they give advertising space and probably has a contract which would protect its users.
Furthermore I checked this trustpilot website before purchasing the item; all the reviews were positive. Either they had initially added these reviews themselves or, they were then selling a different item altogether (either here in the uk or back home in China). I cannot see how anyone would otherwise 'genuinely' give a positive review. I have asked for the source of those reviews to be checked.
At present there are 21 reviews of which 57% are a 1 star negative one.

My order/slippers came many weeks late, a size large (they insisted it was my size although I have purchased the same size for too many years to count), the quality is awful and it doesn't look at all like the pictures in the ad/web page. They still haven't refunded me.
Im told that people select items from cheap websites like alibaba, they sell these items on, pass on the order to a factory in China and keep a good proportion of the profit. When the company in China sends a low quality item like the one I have received, they just pass the problem back - return to factory in China for your refund. Registered post to China costs more than these slippers.
I have filed my complaints so lets see what happens. I will be following this business in Companies House in all past and future names if set up in the UK at all.

I ordered Orthotic Sandals, eventually arrived, the size was incorrect, cost £24. 99 not worth £5! Would not go on my feet.

The “Company’s email” said “as in the sale they cannot be returned or refunded!!!”
Hotter shoes are nearly always in the sale even Debenhams and always no quibble guarantee and full refund they even cover the postage.
NEVER ORDER FROM FACEBOOK I presume.
What can we do about this SCAM!? At 72 I cannot afford to loose the money.
Who can advise me?

I too bought what I thought was orthotic flip flops with elasticated webbing. They were so loose they won’t stay on my feet and I have wide feet. A waste of money and they took weeks to come.

Shocking scam company!!! Avoid at all costs. Cheap nasty items and refuse to give refund even though they sent the wrong size.
They ask you to return your items to China!!!! Which of course you aren’t going to do. Awaiting my credit card company intervention and trading standards hopefully need closing down.
Update.....Please raise a dispute with your bank using chargeback claim if paid by debit card or section 75 claim if paid by credit card. I did this and was successful.

This Company should be banned from advertising and shut down. The quality of their goods are simply not fit for purpose. I too ordered a pair of sandals. These took 6 weeks to arrive, from China, wish I had know this beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered. The quality and sizing when they arrived was a complete joke. I sent an email asking for a refund and was told they don't offer refunds! Not surprised really, if they did, they wouldn't have a so called business.
