This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve never had such a disgusting experience in my life.
The website clearly claims they are based in the UK – but suddenly the package is shipped from China. Delivery took about two weeks, which is already misleading.
The jacket didn’t fit, so I wanted to return it. That’s when the real nightmare started: no return label, no support, nothing. I have to pay for the return myself – to China (!), with tracking, and if the package gets lost, it’s apparently my problem.
And it gets even worse: the package has to arrive in China within seven days. From Germany, that’s basically impossible. If it doesn’t make it in time, I’m stuck paying everything.
When I contacted them, they didn’t care at all. I just wanted a bigger size, but they refused and kept pointing to their ridiculous policies. Customer service is absolutely awful.
Conclusion: a completely miserable company, disgusting customer treatment, and an overall horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from them.

Ordered 10 days ago not been shipped yet even though it says all orders are shipped between 1-3 working days. No tracking info received, no item received yet and now it will not arrive for when i needed it by.

Ordered 24 Feb 2026. As of 24 March 2026 still not delivered. Dispatch was slow and customer service is poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Returns Policy in Breach of UK Consumer Law
The company's returns policy is illegal.
The website does not disclose that HESNTLS is based in China (hence why even with so-called "priority" shipping it took two weeks to receive my order).
So, although the shorts I bought appeared well-made and cool-looking, they did not quite suit me and I requested the firm's UK returns address.
It turned out that I was being obliged to return the item to China plus no refund would be payable, only a "store credit" for future use.
On both counts HESNTLS is in breach of UK consumer law. For online foreign firms targeting the UK, they are required (A) to make clear if a returns address is overseas and (B) provide a full refund if wanted.
HESNTLS don't.
I raised these issues with Customer Service but they were not fully amenable, although did engage in an exchange via email.
I have have needed to approach my credit card issuer with my concerns.

Never thought id be here writing a review haha. But please don’t even waste your time with these people. All over my instagram ads. Finally gave in and bought a jacket, said Evri was waiting for my parcel from them on the 10th…..days passed no update from anyone. Emailed them yesterday and i doubt ill receive a email back. Already accepted that £80 as a loss and not even stressed about it! I wish companies like this nothing but the worst! 😁

Dropshipped low quality clothes
Dropshipped low quality clothes, pay extra for sending protection and still have to pay extra for a return, shipping costs on you which is outrageous, refund only in store credit.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase
I am very disappointed with my recent experience returning an item to HESNTLS. I had to pay £20 out of my own pocket to return the product, which I find completely unacceptable and unethical.
As a customer, I should not be penalised with such excessive return costs, especially when your return process offers no reimbursement or proper alternative. This kind of policy discourages trust and loyalty.
Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from your company again, and I will be sharing my dissatisfaction with others.

Poor customer service(James) even worse problem solving
Ordered an item of them over a month ago, it said it would take 7 days to deliver. Contacted them first to find out what’s going on, they basically either didn’t respond for long time until I raised a very stern email about leaving a review , they were quick to respond after that (very telling). They explained that the item was delayed and apologised, at this point I was contemplating returning the item as I didn’t need it anymore and it’s still not with me. After going back and forth the representative I was speaking to clearly didn’t seem to care, their name is James and after asking to at least refund for return shipping fee if I was to return it myself which I thought would be a gesture of good faith he said no you will still need to pay extra for their mess up , after delaying a paying customer by a month.clearly no experience in customer service and problem solving , need to review how they train their staff. Poor throughout completely unsatisfied (p.s. still waiting on my item)

I still have not received my order…
I still have not received my order placed 21 June 25. I hadn’t realised when ordering that the company shipped from Singapore so do beware deliveries may take some time. However, shouldn’t be taking this long. I’ve contacted the company several times and to be fair they have responded, but not satisfactorily - seemingly being fobbed off and I haven’t had any update for over a week. Yodel at our end have basically said they can not deliver the parcel as they’ve not received it. Probably wasted £52 on a pair of shorts!!!

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an item that looked nothing like what was shown or described on their website — it was completely misrepresented. I returned it, and despite the issue being entirely their fault, I was told I had to cover the return shipping myself.
That return cost me £31.85 out of my own pocket.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given the option of a refund — I was forced to accept store credit for an item that was wrongly advertised in the first place. On top of that, they refused to refund the £31.85 return cost or even offer that amount in additional store credit, which would have been the bare minimum gesture of goodwill.
When I raised these concerns, I received a cold and dismissive email from someone on their "Customer Experience Team" telling me it wouldn’t be “fair” to give me any credit — because other customers also paid their own return costs. Apparently, someone else paying £100 to return an item somehow justifies me having to pay £31.85 for something that wasn’t as advertised.
There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right — just excuses and an unwavering reference to “policy.”
It’s clear this company doesn’t stand behind its products or care about its customers. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’d strongly advise others to stay away — especially if you value honest service, product accuracy, and basic fairness.

TERRIBLE QUALITY
I bought the Baggy Fit | Distressed Blue, and after waiting close to a month for them to arrive i was shocked by the poor bad quality of the "denim"
They claim to be denim but i honestly doubt its even denim as they are pure white and see through on the inside.
And then the "distressing" is literally painted onto the pants. The pants have no distressing what-so-ever and are just painted to look like distressing, all under the guise of: "extremely complicated workmanship as the distressing are done" (taken from the item description).
If i didnt have to pay so much in shipping and taxes, i would request a refund immediately, but unfortunately it looks like i will have to keep these sorry excuses for "distressed baggy denim" pants. (wich btw. are super tight fitting, both around the waist and leg opening even though i followed their own measurement system)
