Deposit money taken with no service

I hired Richard Heston to handle my bankruptcy- I gave him $250 deposit - He did not take my phone calls or emails for 3 weeks - After I filed out all the paperwork he requested I called the office to schedule an appointment and finish the bankruptcy forms and pay the final balance - I was told they don't do that - I Also explained my Civil court date was on May 27 th so I needed to file quickly- I was told a credit card lawsuit is not an emergency- This has been a terrible experience dealing with this law firm - My final thoughts are buyer be where - You can't say you haven't been warned- ( This is my personal experience
