I. mis-ordered and got additional product. When I discovered I intended to respond and delete the extra item, but they had figured it out and responded to me with a an offer to delete the extra item.Seldom have I had that experience!

The Heusom Silent Groomer…

I purchased the Heusom Silent Groomer for my dachshund puppy. I wanted a tool that would be comfortable for both of us and the Heusom groomer has proven to be that tool. I use it weekly and my puppy actually comes to me, for his grooming session, when I turn it on. It’s quiet, and is efficient and effective to get the job done! I have ordered extra grinder heads and customer service was very helpful with any questions I had regarding the tool and my order. No more scary nail clippers for me and my puppy, Bailey! I would highly recommend to give the Heusom groomer a try.

Excellent service and a great product. I had a small issue, but with one email to the customer service team, I was listened to and really looked after. The issue was resolved, and I am really pleased. I highly recommend it, as you can really have confidence in the product and the customer service backup. Awesome Customer Service

Sincere thanks for the excellent support I recently received from your team, and specifically from Stephanie. She was incredibly understanding regarding our cat's difficult start to life and the fact that the nail trimmer unfortunately caused her distress.

Order mix up

I had a mix up with my order and I called customer service and left a message, and also sent an email. I got a call back within 10 minutes and was told that everything had been corrected with the order and a refund had been issued for the difference! I really appreciate the prompt attention and resolution to the issue, and look forward to using the Paw Trimmer on my pup!

It's not silent Do Not Buy

It's not silent, it's the second Heusom dog nail cutting item I've bought, I thought the second one might had been better than the first but the items are exactly the same so a BIG no no from me don't buy it don't waste your money and you can't send them back to Heusom as it costs a fortune

Great customer service

Great customer service. I had some issues getting my cat used to the equipment, but Heusom replied to my email straight away, with next steps to try with the cat and return options. I can’t fault their speed, professionalism and care.
