Great gym/exercise tool. Can be used for body fitness routines, weight training routines, etc etc etc. Contains GIF type illustrations that move and highlight which muscle groups.
Easy to add and change routines, reps, weights, personal exercise/routine notes, personal workout notes etc.
If you change weight or reps in a workout, you can just amend the item and Hevy.com prompts if you want to update the saved routine.
