I absolutely love my set
I absolutely love my set. I'm only partially disappointed in the grill pan as it does not have a high enough lip to fry bacon. It's definitely easy to clean even when you have butter, oil, and bacon grease that spills on the outer lip of the pan.. I could not be happier.

Jhi was the customer service representative who helped me.
They were very helpful and kind. I am so glad that the warranty process was so easy. I LOVE these pans and use them daily. They are so easy clean and definitely worth the investment as I cook every day.

We have both the pan and pot sets and…
We have both the pan and pot sets and absolutely love them. I make polenta in the medium pot and there is no sticking whatsoever. This is the only pot I have used where there isn't any sticking at all. My daughter argues with us about Hexclad vs cast iron and there is no comparison - Hexclad is by far the best. We had to have 1 pot replaced on warranty and their service was prompt (within 30 minutes) and the replacement pot is on the way.

I purchased a set of pots and pans 4…
I purchased a set of pots and pans 4 years ago,recently the 2 quart pot inside lining peeled slightly. I notified Hexclad customer service and my issue was taken care of in minutes.
I sent a copy of my receipt along with a picture of the pot and will receive a new pot in on Tuesday from UPS.
This whole process took minutes to setup and 5 days for the new one to arrive.
