They sell cheap products directly from China and mark up the prices alot. They don't return your money if you send products back. They claim that their products are TradeMarked but are selling no name products from China. Very dishonest. I hope the person running this company rots in hell for stealing peoples hard earned money. You make me sick.

Shame on Mikkel Jensen customer support has never responded to plea for reimbursement of fake bunion sandals $50.00 that were awful n hurt! This is months ago n no response. So disappointing. I ordered a hexocam ear wax removal system for $77.78 that I tried to install on my Android phone and it won't install. Since I am going through chemo, I do not have the time or energy to struggle with it, so want to return. I cannot get a return address and am told that I should just accept a 20% refund! I am disappointed that a business of any country should act with such lack of integrity as well as a lack of self-respect and respect for their product. When the bottom line is value, the money is gladly spent. When for greed, it is a short term profit with no sustainability.

Took a month to receive and item was trash.
They sell garbage quality items at tremendous mark up. Items come from Denmark so they get you with outrageous return shipping fees-to only refund you a portion!

DO NOT BUY THESE ITEMS, arrived months after order, told they were in the UK LIE, Told I could not cancel order LIE, Harry is not a real person LIE, They don't work they never can. No mention of an APP when you buy LIE, App does not work more LIES, I got my money back BUT ONLY after a 15 week fight with my credit card company. They dragged their feet for weeks blaming COVID 19 and all sorts of rubbish, eventually I got a full refund and some more on top as compensation. I have now switched card companies. They asked me four times for the same information........don't use MBNA credit cards either but most importantly DO NOT BUY HEXOCAM.

I, like many others received a cam that was not as advertised. I have spent a year sending countless emails to the company. At first they promised to send the correct cam, then they promised to reimburse, not they simply ignore me. Please avoid, they are scam artists. The response to one of the reviews on here is clearly rubbish, as I have still received no response from them

Brought this hexocam pro last year , still looking for the app on internet no luck . No refund , wouldn't touch this company with the longest bargpole ever used . Never use again . Save your money.

5 months after 'fake', dead cameras were delivered, a couple of emails from CD saying they'd replace. Update: No response, no refund.

The address information for the company, Aman Group Ltd is available on companies house.

I attempted to start legal action but turns out in the UK there's no protection against scammers, and in general, people are doing nothing but posting.

Please take action and at the least report Aman Group Ltd to PayPal and Citizens Advice Bureau fraud form.
Also… Trustpilot: there are so many fake reviews for scam companies here (even as shown on Panorama!), which completely undermines the reason for your existence.

Despite the response from Hexocam in 2019 and me having several recorded interactions with Harry in their ‘customer service’ team, and having proof of delivery and returns for my faulty 2 Hexocams, I have still not rcvd a refund.

Rubbish... save your money.

Still waiting for my refund it's been over a month now

Would like to give zero stars!!! I ordered mini projector from proper projector (hexocam named on my bank statement). Projector arrived weeks later - very disappointed by picture quality- so returned beginning of November 2019 by special delivery (uk). Still no refund- emailed proper projector weeks ago- got email back stating that refund in process- all very jolly- funnily enough still no refund. I’ve contacted trading standards. This is a complete scam.

Ordered mine may 8 (2019) almost 9 mouths ago. I repeatedly tried to contact them and received very vague placating emails. Harry - Customer Services
HexoCam, writes very unspecific response emails making obvious that he never actually reads the email or knows your concerns. Emails blaming missing stock, hiring new employees. straight up lies concerning possible delivery dates. Never once responding to the fact that it's three quarters of a year late. And blatantly ignored requests for refund.

The instructions are tricky to work out, the camera works but where can I find the app? I’ve scoured the internet, I cannot find anything on the App Store and without the app it’s impossible to work
