I’ve seen a lot of conflicting reviews about units turning up damaged etc, I myself haven’t had this issue it came perfect and Kayla at Hey Abby was extremely helpful and got an issue with payment sorted within a timely manner.
Courier was polite and helpful I’ve set the unit up I’m now waiting for my accessories and seeds to arrive before I start my grow journey I’ll be purchasing other units in the future! I’m looking forward to the experience I’ve grown in soil and coir but DWC has always interested me eager to get started! Thanks for a great first experience!

The products all seem fine. I found the Discord server to be most helpful of all. I would like to suggest an upgrade, whether as an accessory on integral, a cooler for the reservoir. I know many customers would appreciate it.

Haven't been able to grow one dam thing. Absolutely ridiculous!! Don't buy this product unless you love failing because it just does not work.. I've tried for more then a year and sprout if lucky.then death every time .it's a nightmare don't waste your money I invested thousands or more ..wasted every penny .hey Abby is a rip off

Hey Abby 420 Soil Edition
I received my Hey Abby 420 Soil Edition about 2 weeks ago. I received the package in fairly good condition. There were a quite a few scratches and, in the back, one of the screws were snapped in half and missing the screw head. To my perception, it doesn't alter the way the machine works. The customer care was great. They cleared up a few questions that I had. I'm brand new to growing. I've only smoked for 2 years. And quite frankly, I know very little. The app has made it easy to understand each step into growing. I'm learning a lot. I'm hopeful that my first grow will turn out well enough for a first time planter. I'm only 2 weeks in, so I can't give an absolute review on the product. But, the customer service is great. The directions are very helpful. And the machine is very easy to use.

Waste of money
I have germinated at least a half dozen seeds in the abby and that’s as far as it ever got following step by step directions. Meanwhile wI have had successful grows of 4 different strains indoors and outdoors while struggling with this Abby. Now my trial period is up and nothing to show for it. I’ll be using it as a very expensive natural grow chamber. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Nightmare turned into a dream come true!
First off I've been researching growing indoors for 2 years now when hey Abby caught my eye. I've done my homework from then up until November first of 24. Finally I pulled the trigger and based off the early black Friday deal I decided to go with the 420 model yet show a young company company long term commitment and did a year subscription knowing there are more powerful fertilizers out there.
Fast forward to November 11th I still hadn't heard anything about my purchase so I decided to chat in when I met Kayla from the customer care team, who told me the item was backordered until possibly April of 25! I was devastated! Simply because nowhere does it state in the purchasing of the products on the website to warn you of back orders. Luckily Kayla and I worked through a resolution that turned my 0 to this question into compelling me into doing something I never do make sure I tell as many people as possible the positive that can come when working with a down to earth reasonable company. Kudos Kayla and hey Abby you have my business for life. I'll be buying the og model in January!

Damaged unit due to delivery
So I pre ordered an OG Pro end of August and during that time there wasn't the option for a carefree delivery to Germany. That function only popped up a few weeks after when I order some more accessories.
So now the trouble:
My Abby package arrived damaged but almost not quite visible. Other than that the delivery guy put the package down and directly went away. I unpacked the abby (I also came upside down) and the where two dents in it. One is very large I in one of the edges and bent the whole right side of the unit. The smaller one is sharper and removed the paint inside the unit so that the blank metal is visible and in a humid environment proned to corrode.
I told the company my issues and the response is that I should order a "Edding spray paint" for repaint and they would cover the costs because I didn't purchased the carefree delivery.
I don't understand those actions. I now have to invest time and work to get the unit into a shape it would had if I wasn't damaged.

Shipping took forever
Shipping took forever. Didn’t receive everything that was supposed to be included. And the plants growing in it don’t thrive. The air pump barely moves the water. Gimmick that I fell for. Expensive mistake. Going back to DIY.
