Disappointment

I bought the Ranger S 1000w. It has been a complete disappointment right out of the box.
Here’s everything that went wrong immediately: the pedal assist levels are completely messed up – levels 1 to 4 feel almost identical, and then level 5 suddenly kicks in with an extreme boost.
The front suspension is stuck – after a bump it just stays compressed. No rebound at all. There’s a loud noise coming from the rear wheel every time I accelerate.
The front brake is constantly rubbing, even when not in use.
I feel a crunching or grinding sensation randomly under my foot when pedaling, which is honestly just annoying.
The derailleur didn’t work properly from the start. I had to fix that.
And on top of all that, the screws for the front basket mount were over-tightened so badly at the factory that the heads were completely shredded. I had to use special tools just to extract them without damaging the frame. Customer service refuses to help unless I send videos for everything. But how am I supposed to “show” pedal assist inconsistency, vibration, or feeling-based issues in a video? Not everything can be seen — some things have to be felt to be understood. This isn’t just a bad product — it’s a failure in quality control and customer support. This e-bike has been a complete disappointment from the moment I opened the box. I wanted to buy a fun bike but I bought a problem to fix. One more thing. They remove the negative comments from their website.

Prompt Customer support

After 2 days and less than 20 km the speedometer stopped working and the motor would cut out.

Heybike Customer Support has been working to solve the problem and sent a replacement quickly.
Will update if it solves the problem

Terrible customer service!

This company has terrible customer service. I cannot believe how bad it is. They never respond to emails, and when I call them, they are always not able to help. They offer a "warranty", but it requires one not to have ridden the bike more than 10 miles! How can one determine whether a bike is any good (ordered online) in just 10 miles? I tried to cancel my order via email. Never got a response. I tried to cancel over the phone and was told they would charge me 5 percent to cancel the order. Instead, they offered me a free gift; in this case, I took the "gift", a bike lock, but when the bike arrived, no lock. I called them and they said they ran out! Just awful! Stay away from this company.
