Don’t bother.

I bought a tag. It promptly fell off her harness. I bought another tag. My neighbor found her original tag and returned it. I asked to get it reactivated- THEY SAID NO! I told them it’s a bad policy. They replied “it’s a great policy!”. Don’t bother, the customer service sucks. Now I have a trash tag.

App is complicated and glitchy.

I purchased the tag in January '25 because one of my dogs chewed the other dog's tag off of his collar. I was attracted to the fact that it was low profile and didn't dangle.

The app is difficult to navigate. Every time I try to update certain info it jumps back to the previous screen.

You can't access your full account from their website, only from the app. Meaning I can't log in and quickly update the info from my laptop.

Initially the section for license wouldn't accept letters but that seems to have been fixed. There is no place for a microchip number.

Really the concept is great but it needs a lot of refining.

Idk why I got suckered into paying…

Idk why I got suckered into paying money for this when it's completely useless. I scan it and it brings the website. Nothing else. So if my dog is lost it shows them the website? Cool. That doesn't help my dog at all. There's a brand out there that is 100% free. Use that. I unfortunately didn't see that until later... After I got suckered into paying money for this tag that just advertises for their website when you scan it.
(I did try to contact customer service with no response)

Bad company

Just like the other customers said, they are bad and keep saying they ship the tag but don’t.

Not a legit company

Not a legit company. They keep saying they have shipped tag but never comes. Customer service is an endless loop. Waiting for refund…

Possible Scam

I ordered two pet IDs, and when they came, they were just generic tags with the QR code, but no dog names were imprinted on them. I emailed customer service and they apologized and told me new ones were on the way. After two weeks and no IDs, I emailed again and was just told to return them. No explanation as to why my replacements weren't shipped, just return them. So I returned them to the address given, and now my return is being sent back to me because the address they gave is no good. Something is definitely off with this company. Good thing I used PayPal, and they are refunding my money.

NOT A GOOD First IMPRESSION/ Horrible Customer Service

Had to wait a month to file a claim, to get a replacement set of tags sent to me. Customer Service is horrible! Furthermore they are sending the new set via USPS after the first set is lost this way.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ON YOUR PRODUCT! Spend the extra dollar from your profit to make shipping BETTER!

Bait and switch....

Their smart pet tag has some good features, but the misleading description on Amazon regarding app requirements and subscriptions significantly detracts from the overall experience. While the passive location tracking via QR code scan is a definite plus, and the idea of community alerts is appealing, the reality is more complicated.

The product description boasts "No App Required," which is technically true for scanning the tag. However, it fails to mention that an app is absolutely required to register the tag, set up your pet's profile, access the "ALERT Community" feature, update pet information, and receive the GPS location alerts when the tag is scanned. This omission feels deceptive, as it gives the impression of a completely app-free experience, which is simply not the case. Furthermore, the description doesn't disclose that a subscription is required to unlock certain features, including the AI Pet Care. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

On the positive side, the tag itself seems durable, and the QR code scanning functionality works as advertised. When someone scans the tag, it does pull up a basic profile. The ability to update this profile (via the app, of course) is also convenient. The potential of the community alert system is promising, but its effectiveness relies heavily on the number of users in the area.

In summary, this pet tag has potential, but the misleading marketing regarding app and subscription requirements overshadows its positive aspects. If the description were more transparent about these crucial details, the product would be much more favorably received. As it stands, I feel that important information was withheld, making this purchase feel less like a smart choice and more like a bait-and-switch. I would recommend the manufacturer revise their product description to accurately reflect the necessary app usage and subscription model to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.
