Not buying

I was going to buy a product but after reading all the negative reviews ive decided not to buy, also they don't even reply to the feedback that's red flags for me.pay attention to your feedback and at least respond.

I've used ageless wonder for 3 months…

I've used ageless wonder for 3 months older user and found the product not to do anything for me the moisturiser was good but the rest no good. Nothing
Then they say 90 day money back but you must have all the bottles or boxes but if your using the product twice a day your not going to have any . Very unfortunate that part of it is dishonest they can see your order they can work out how long you used it but dint honour it. Word of mouth is powerful so thank you hey bud

Warning- Test this product first!

Test this product first, and twice. The serum caused facial redness akin to light burns. Obviously many skincare products will not be for everyone. But my skin is not that sensitive and only reacted after the second use, which is usual for an allergic reaction. I actually received scarring that has lasted two weeks.

They store your credit card details and charge you for orders you didn't make

I generally like the products I purchased on 24 January and was going to order another item in due course but bizarrely I just got an email saying that "my order" placed on 21 February is ready to be shipped. I never placed any such order and my credit card was also charged. There was no reminder email at any time before the auto-renewal date alerting me that a payment will be going through again. When I checked my email and clicked the link to see what happened - the website "suggested" I add another item but also made it so difficult to navigate away from its pop up window and I got another email asking me to pay more money to "complete" my order for the other "suggested"item. I am shocked that Hey Bud Skincare stores customer credit card details and decides to make subsequent orders which I never made myself. This raises a lot of questions about the integrity of Hey Bud Skincare. I have demanded a full refund and cancelation of this unauthorised order and for my credit card details to be removed from their system. I will say though that Hey Bud Skincare did respond quickly and they refunded the money which was good of them.

Hi Charles,

On the 24th January, you subscribed to our Mushroom Mask. On the product page, it very clearly states Subscribe and Save, delivery every X weeks, or you could choose to select the one time purchase.

On top of that, we send out a reminder email 3 days before the auto-renewal date that the payment will be going through again.

This is disappointing from a brand perspective, as we’ve made it very clear what you’re opting into.

Severe allergic reaction after using Hey Bud Clear As Clay Mask

I had a very disappointing experience with the Clear As Clay Mask.

After using the product exactly as instructed, I developed a severe allergic reaction. My face became extremely red, irritated, and painful, with a strong burning sensation that did not subside after washing it off. The reaction was far beyond normal “adjustment” or mild sensitivity, and I had to stop using the product immediately.

I do not usually react this badly to clay masks or skincare products, so this was quite alarming. My skin barrier was clearly damaged and took several days to calm down, despite using gentle recovery products.

Given how overwhelmingly positive the reviews are on the website, my experience was completely unexpected and does not align with the marketing claims. I would strongly advise anyone with sensitive skin or a compromised skin barrier to be very cautious and to patch test thoroughly before use.

Product is pretty good but buy it at…

Product is pretty good but buy it at Priceline.

If you buy direct they sign you up to scammy subscriptions, and when you try to cancel out they just give you the options of Skip, Change dates, Edit Frequency or Delay.

You have to contact support to get them cancelled. I had one product delivered on a subscription I didn't even realise I was on (pretty sure I said no to 'subscribe and save', as I hadn't tried the product yet)

Be aware.

Great to get your acne under control

A few years ago, my skin reacted and I had a bad case of Perioral Dermatitis. To accommodate my new prescription, I had to stop using some of my usual skincare (it later was discontinued anyway). Unfortunately, my Acne broke out big time as my Dermatitis cleared and I was struggling to find something to help control both. Fortunately, I found Hey Bud. I bought the Niacinamide Serum, the Gel Moisturiser, the Clay Mask and the Exfoliator to try and they worked wonders. It calmed my skin down without drying my skin out like the usual anti-acne skin brands do, thanks to the Hemp and other natural ingredients. They have great Customer service too, especially when they helped me out with my latest order taking a little longer than usual. Hey Bud has now become one of three integral natural skincare brands that I turn to and the only one that's from overseas.

Watery and ineffective

To be honest I dont understand why there are such good reviews. The product is VERY watery and not in the least bit effective in my opinion. I have wasted £25 am afraid and been taken in as well

✨ I first came across this product on…

✨ I first came across this product on Facebook, where I saw many girls recommending it. I decided to try it as my very first neck firming serum a month ago, and today I’m back buying another one because the results are so visible! The wrinkles on my neck have noticeably reduced and I couldn’t be happier. Now I’m excited to try the Clay Mas, I’ll let you know in a month how it goes, ladies!

I am a new user, just ordered..but how easy the process was to find what was appropriate for my skin and the reviews made my mind up to order and try. I can't wait to get them, AND who doesn't love a free gift to look forward to!!
