4 weeks best before not clearly stated
I feel harsh giving a negative review on service but it wasn’t clear at all during order that the recommended consumption is within 4 weeks of delivery: it’s noted in the FAQs but I only checked this after being surprised by the 4 week sticker after receiving the sweets - this should really be made clearer during ordering, either to advise people wait until closer the time they need the gift or ideally you could select a delivery date - particularly in the build up to Christmas I find it difficult to believe you wouldn’t know parents are planning and buying gifts in advance to be organised for Christmas. My kids will now be being given sweets from Santa that are already past their best before date.

All of our sweets are picked and packed fresh to order and have a much longer shelf life than 4 weeks we just give the recommendation of consuming within 4 weeks, but they will last to well after Christmas due to their long best before dates and dependent on storage conditions. We understand how this may have been misleading and for that we apologies. We have taken your comments on board and appreciate all feedback as this allows us to continually improve.

Love this candy
I bought these sweets as presents for my older nieces last year and they were very impressed. I think we are all tired of the thousands of tubs of chocolate sweets wich are in our supermarkets for 4 months b4 Christmas. Nice to have a choice. Hey Candy are a great company and offer an excellent service and choice. Great for discount codes too.
