Extra effort was put in to resolve my initially negative experience. Aleksandra was incredible, providing world-class service and updates as the team resolved the initial issue. Mistakes happen. Aleksandra and Hey Carson put in the work to make sure that the mistakes were corrected and did so with excellent communication and service.

After reiterating multiple times not to apply any changes to the live theme, the live theme was edited. And initial inquiry was still unresolved.

Pretty amazing team there! Ended up spending a fraction of the money with them because they are so efficient. Plus we were actually able to get stuff done. Don't waste your time with cheap programmers that don't know what they're doing - you'll end up spending way more money. We have an extremely complex shopify store and when glitches arose while making modifications these guys fixed the glitches without any extra charge! (30-day warranty policy)!

I'm new to Carson, but loyal to Shopify. The reviews were promising and I enjoyed exploring the marketplace of little edits they can make. I chose to get a loader gif for my site. It isn't the ideal, but I learned after the fact that complex custom designs are beyond their capabilities. Unfortunately, I had to settle for less than my vision. I'm not taking anything away from them; service, quickness of reply, and professionalism are completely outstanding. I will be a returning customer, just with better management of my expectations.

Change requested was implemented as outlined, well within timeline, and without issue. Literally no effort on my part which was great. Thank you!
