I rent a carpet cleaner. It delivered on time. Machine was clean and ready to use. After finishing my work I send it back easily.

Everything worked well
Everything worked well, but I think it is essential to know, that although they will deliver to your door the equipment, you need to get it yourself to DHL service point to deliver the tools back.

Thanks for your feedback. It is true that we are unable to pick up all orders through the whole country. There is no 100% coverage for pickup at home. We will try to upgrade this coverage. But untill than it is free to get delivered and free to return with the post company you want. Hope to see you again!

Frustrating at first, but would use again.
DHL delivered the saw I hired over a day late and Heyho.nl customer services were initially slow to respond. However when they did they seemed genuinely concerned and resolved the problem well. The saw I hired was a great bit of kit - new condition and well up to the job. Tool hire-by-post is a good good business model - just requires a few kinks ironing out - and don't rely on the courier delivering when they say they will!

Fast and easy
Fast, easy and inconvenient service but unfortunately the order arrived at 5pm which means that on the first day was not possible to use full 24h but still had to pay full amount of that day. Otherwise very good service!

Dear Melisa, thank you for your review! I understand it is inconvenient when our order arrives in the afternoon. We will always try to make sure the rental period is not too long. For example, when an order arrives at 5pm on Saturday, and you return it at 5pm on Sunday, we will count this as 24h (our minimum rental period). In this way, you will never pay too much since you are not paying for Saturday.
I hope this clarifies, however, thank you very much for your feedback since we are always trying to improve our service. We hope to see you back!

The service was fantastic. The machine we rented was in super condition. The customer service was very friendly and very efficient. I will use this service again.
