This mainly applies to the GU10 Smart Bulbs.
PROS: The white spectrum of the bulbs is great. They are bright and distributes light evenly. The colours are not bright at all but they do the job if you have enough of them in a room.
When the bulbs are powered on by a switch, they have a nice fade in effect.

CONS: Set up of multiple bulbs at a time is a pain. The bulbs often timeout before the app has configured one bulb. Wi-Fi connectivity is VERY unreliable. I have tested these bulbs while they are just 2 meters away from my wireless access point and the bulbs drop off the network frequently. Struggle to reconnect. I have tried combinations of different access points/routers and settings… same rubbish result.

And the App…. Isn’t intuitive at all. Setting up scenes and automations is painful.

I originally wanted these in my living room but couldn’t live with the downfalls. I’ve installed in the bathroom now where I’m not to bothered about controlling the lights throughout the day.

Nice piece of kit that's well packaged and arrived quickly. Easy to set up except the first QR code sent me to something I didn't want and quickly uninstalled. Once I found the right stuff, it was a cinch.

Actual product was easy to set up until I realised it did not work with shared wifi networks. This should have been made clearer before my purchase as I had to pay £5 for delivery, then £4 to deliver it back to the company for a refund. There was no free returns and in the end I had paid £9 for a product that I have not been able to use.

The purchase, delivery and setup processes of my smart plug were quick and effective. The online tutorial support is good - short and free of unnecessary technicalities.

Loving the products so far, very easy to set up and the application interface is very user friendly.

Good product. Purchased the bundle pack, excellent value for money.

We purchased two doorbells and one external camera and while the quality is great and the app easy to use, we’re constantly having to format the SD card so it never actually records any footage (we’ve had two instances now where recorded CCTV would’ve been really helpful). We format it on the app like we’re supposed to, but then the next day we have to do it again so it doesn’t record over night and we aren’t notified of when to format it again so it doesn’t record for most of the day either.

I purchased 2 x motion sensors for 2 sets of lights.
I could even get then to set up, I phoned twice before asking my business network manager to take a look. He could not get them to connect at all.

Swift and efficient at a great price point.

Bought a smart lamp and light bulb. I am Impressed with both these products. Great value for money, simple and easy to use. The app is very intuitive and linking to Google home is very simple.

Delivery was exceptionally quick, however when the product arrived it did not meet expectations. I ordered the smart doorbell and installed it despite there being a small screw missing which meant the unit could be lifted from its position with no force. I found that the motion sensor function was very unreliable; it missed a car parking directly in front of it and the driver coming into the house! On accessing the app, the stream was slow to connect and on occasion the doorbell would show as offline. I troubleshooted my WiFi but there were no problems. The doorbell is less than 5m from the router through a single wall. All my other devices work through the house and gardens with no problems, even streaming video.

The doorbell looks nice and would be fine as a stand-alone doorbell, but I have lost faith in it as any type of security feature due to it being unreliable. It will be returned.

Great Products!

Watched a few reviews online after being after a one system for all smart home. This pretty much ticks all the boxes. I have a few suggestions on how this product line could be improved, but overall, right now very impressed.

Motion sensor and light work brilliantly. I needed some help setting up and the advice came back quickly and sorted it out.

Deliver very fast, kit all working fine would use again
