I have ordered from heyingrid in July. After the package did not arrive (and the tracking didn't work, I asked them to refund my money because I have already waited a month. Then the said that they have sent another one, even though I did not ask for it. Now the package hasn't arrived either and nobody is responding to my previous inquiry regarding my package or a refund of my money. This has been a very disappointing experience and I would strongly advise against ordering from them. I usually like supporting small companies but this seems to me like a front from them to "excuse" bad customer service and not delivering.

I would like to say something about the product. But the lack of information and other reviews on Trustpilot forced me to write this review. I hope to recieve answers. I am waiting for my order since 10 days. No information or communication since I have placed the order. If you have a lack of stock - please tell me or give me options (refund of replacement). But hearing nothing is always frustrating.
Thanks for keeping me informed.

I ordered a sample kit 2 weeks ago, still no news of the delivery when they announced a 7day delivery.
Tried twice to contact customer service but no response…
Would love to review the actual product but so far very disappointed with delivery and customer support unfortunately.

Update: got an answer a few minutes after this review, saying stock has run out.
I can see from other reviews this seems to be a recurrent thing …
Seems pretty weird when the order is already 2 weeks old !

Took a fortnight for sample kit to arrive. All smell lovely but do not last at all. They are delicate scents when first applied and non existent within a couple of hours. Nice idea but a real disappointment. Sadly as they do not last I have wasted my money

Took until Sept 24 for Hey Ingrid to respond to review suggesting I apply scent to pulse points. This was exactly what I did but the scent faded rapidly so not long lasting in any sense

Would definitely recommend trying the sample kit first. All scents are lovely, so you’ll definitely put them all to use.
I prefer the stick version so it’s not messy on the fingers.
Delivery for both packages was really fast, received in a matter of days.
If you think about it, it makes SO much more sense to put on a scent this way, than spraying water 😄 And the fact that it’s more nature friendly is the cherry on the cake. Will buy again! For sure!

Sample kit is a great way to test and allows for multiple testings per scent - the coupon they send with it then makes it very easy to order your favorite one

Ordered a Vegan Stick as a gift, paid extra for express shipping, and paid in the webshop. Two weeks later, no package and no shipment notice. Contacted customer service, they answered quickly, claiming to suddenly have run out of stock. They offered to refund rush shipping and send a similar product, which I accepted.

Another two weeks later: no package, no shipment notice, no reply from customer service when I contact them.

Do NOT purchase from this seller.

It took 1 mounth to get the perfume. And tjen it came an extra bill on 255 kroner on toll.

For so long I was looking for a nice fragrance, and now I've found three! I'm a fan from now on.

Waiting for about a month on a package that i ordered with xpress delivery.
Then im told there's no tracking number, even tho its clearly stated on their website that all packages are sent with tracking.

Been trying to reach support, they arent responding.

My package still havent showed up.

Dont order from them.

1 month later and no delivery.
My emails requesting support go unanswered.

The perfume is lovely. It is very handy to carry in your purse and the fragrance isn't too strong. I ordered the stick (Fierce) and I really like that you can apply it without getting your hands dirty. The packaging is also beautiful. There were slight problems with the delivery, but luckily the customer service was very cooperative and understanding and answered within a couple of days, and all went well in the end. I would love to buy the other fragrances as well!

I love this brand! The perfumes smell amazing and it is super that they have made a vegan version aswell. Took three days to get my order. All in all a great experience

I ordered stick perfume (Whisper) and received the box, so instead of having easy application I have to stick my finger to the box and then wash hands every time.
It’s quite arrogant when seller decides to change the ordered product for the buyer, without asking if the buyer wants a replacement.
Delivery took forever but within the promised timeframe if 4-7 days is understood as 4-7 working days, which I believe seller means.
The scent is beautiful but I don’t think it’s lasting long. I’ll have to test it in coming days.

Took three weeks from ordering to shipping. 10 days to arrive.

Easy to apply although not a big fan of scented fingertips.

Longevity ok. Projection faint. Silage next to none.

All scents lack depth and complexity.
Somewhat juvenile and harmless within the fabric softener range.
