Great for lowering cholesterol
I was recommended the cholesterol supplements as my cholesterol was high, I bought a six month course, after the course I had my cholesterol tested and I was so happy to see my cholesterol lowered to a safe level. I bought another 6 months, better to be safe. Only issue is they are big tablets and at times they are hard to swallow. I Highly recommended them as I’ve tried others in the past.

I would likely to say I was thrilled to discover hay nutrition. It has helped me lower my cholesterol which I never thought could happen. Thank you so much. The doctor said they weren’t going to treat me. But now they are letting me have regular blood test as they can’t believe my cholesterol came down, After I explained all medicine derives from plants they decided to let me still be treated by the GP.
Am I right to believe you have to stop taking them when you’re 70? I’m 63 now.

My first order of magnesium complex…
My first order of magnesium complex arrived in good time. Sadly the packaging was badly damaged. Luckily the small container managed to stay inside. I reported this to customer service and they said they would contact dispatch. Second delivery came this week. Same vastly oversized box for same small bottle. Thankfully not damaged this time

I unknowingly signed up for a subscription, when I received notification that a delivery was due I contacted Hey Nutritian. I was told to refuse delivery and it would be automatically returned to them. I diddn't even see the courier who banged on my door and dropped the package on the doorste in the rain. After a lot of backwards and forwards with the Company I finally returned the parcel, unopened as instructed, by Royal Mail at my expense. I was told in an email that a full refund would be made withing 24-48 hours of receipt of the package. It was delivered to them on 22nd September. I have proof of delivery. Now 8 days later I am still waiting for the refund. All emails have gone unanswered and I am now £107.95 out of pocket. The products might be ok but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. First, thoroughly check that you have not signed up for a subscription before pressing the place order button. Second, do not rely on their customer service.

I ordered 3 bottles of a product and was asked at checkout if I wanted to upgrade to 5 bottles. I said yes and paid £109. I then realised that I could have had 6 bottles for £119. Once I had realised this I had already made the transaction so I messaged the company to say can I cancel my order. They came back and said no it is too late!! I then asked ok if it is too late could you send me another bottle and I will pay the difference again the answer was no!! Unfortunately this company upsold me something which I thought would be good value but actually they ripped me off as there was a better offer on the website. I am very disappointed and will not be using this company again. Please do not upgrade at checkout as there are better offers online.
Poor cancellation policy
On September 7th, I purchased 3 bottles of Omega 3 and 1 bottle of Ashwagandha. I tried to cancel the Ashwagandha immediately after placing my order, but there was no cancellation option. I contacted support team immediately, and they turn back to me after two days and said that the product had shipped. I paid £9.85 for postage, which was one-third of the price of the product (£33.99). I shouldn't have had to pay these costs because of their poor website. As of September 27th, I'm still waiting for my refund.
This unprofessional experience with Hey Nutrition was not only disappointing but also extremely frustrating. If you truly believe in your products, your customer service should reflect that. This was my first and last experience with Hey Nutrition; I will never shop with them again.
