POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order not received. The courier Yodel messaged me saying my order was delivered on the door step (terraced houses)and they have taken a photo as proof. I was out and when I arrived home there was no parcel.
I have emailed Hey Nutrition twice and have had no reply. They obviously have no intention of trying to solve this issue. The cost was £78. They have obviously no intention of dealing with this issue. AVOID

Item not delivered, very poor communication


Please beware if your parcel gets lost you will get no support.
I’ve been using hey nutrition for a number of years and always been pleased with the product.
However, my most recent parcel has got lost in transit.
I have emailed them twice and received no response.
So I now have run out of my product and I’m £108 down. Very disappointed.

Update
I received an email on Saturday apologising and asking me to confirm my address and they would re-deliver. Perfect, I was thrilled..

30 minutes later, I got a second email saying that they would need 10 days from the original delivery date before they could do anything. It was more important that they left it 10 days so they put in a claim to the delivery firm.

Confused, what was the first email about??

I responded saying I’ve had a message from the delivery firm to contact them. There was no other tracking information just to contact them.

I then received another email saying it’s been delivered to a locker.
I responded again, saying that InPost had told me to contact them. The parcel was not at a locker.

I then received another email asking me to let them know if I’ve received it by the 4th
December.

So even though I have repeatedly shared with them that there are no updates on my parcel and I’ve been guided to speak to them, they are unwilling to do anything for 10 days.

The priority appears it appears is not that the customer is left without a product but them
being able to claim back for a lost delivery.

Communication is definitely lacking with this company.
Each message I receive is not linked to the previous ones.
I still have no collagen tablets and have run out.
I will be cancelling my subscription and moving to a company where I get clear coherent communication.

Tablets difficult to swallow

No issues with the company, my personal experience is that the complex cholesterol tablets are very difficult to swallow and I don't normally have that problem, The tablets are large and hard, I have to break them into half or quarter to be able to get the tablet down.

Excellent product and customer service

Excellent product and customer service. I love the magnesium complex and really notice the difference when I'm not taking it. I also ordered another supplement that I didn't realise had caffeine in it. I tried it for a few weeks but it didn't agree with me so I asked if I could send back my unopened bottles. I got a full refund, no questions asked which I was very happy with. I would highly recommend.

Customer service very patchy but eventually all was put right.

A final update. I am leaving earlier updates on here as it puts my review in context, and I've upgraded my experience from one to 3 stars. The missing bottle of tablets has arrived. It's all been a bit of a journey... This company means well but customer service is very patchy. I've had 4 different people dealing with my order. They must learn to read the email they're replying to, and they have to become attentive to detail. To send the wrong number of the product is unforgivable. All has eventually been put right, and I wish them well and hope they can up their game. But I can't say I will rush to order from them again.

An update: finally someone actually read the email (I sent it 5 times before they did) and replied with an official order confirmation - there was a typo in the email address I'd given. 3 days later (29/11) I received the product I ordered BUT... I'd ordered 6 bottles and there were only 5 bottles in the parcel! I'm speechless... TBC!
A week ago: Ordered a couple of days ago, no order acknowledgement. Have sent 4 emails to the company so far and not a single response. Meanwhile they keep sending me discount offers on what they seem to think is an uncompleted order sitting in my basket, while my payment to them shows as "pending" in my bank account. It is extremely frustrating. I will update this review as and when anything changes.

Absence of consumer communication

I thought I had been scammed until today because I didn't receive any order confirmation emails which without a customer phone line couldn't be explained. The turmeric extract did arrive this morning 5 days from being ordered. It's too early to review them but I can say for sure customer service is non existent.

Their products work!

Their products work!
I tried cheaper versions but I didn’t get the hip pain relief achieved when using Hey’s Glucosamine Complex.
When a glitch in their website discount system meant I was charged an unexpected £11 the company immediately responded to my complaint and refunded the money.

Now a loyal customer

Tumeric extract complex

I have been taking their Tumeric supplement for several years now. Initially I developed arthritis in my lower back and my finger joints. I researched what natural supplements could ease the pain and Tumeric was highlighted. I ordered from Hey Nutrition because their product was highly concentrated and contained all the recommended ingredients. (Curcumin, black pepper extract, vitamins C and D3 etc)
Although I still get back pain from time to time, it has reduced and the pain from my hands has disappeared completely. I have tried cheaper brands but the relief disappears and I end up going back to Hey Nutrition. I know the relief is genuine because if I have a hospital stay, they will not allow me to have this supplement and I leave the hospital, after a weeks stay, crippled with arthritic pain.
