Top Quality product
I am so impressed with this product. I was sceptical because of how many content creator products that are available out there but I can 💯 say this tool is amazing value for money and is great quality. The bluetooth remote is so handy and everything is very compact and easy to store. Highly recommend this product.

Great Customer Service
My first order was delivered to the wrong address by the courier & they were unable to retrieve it. I was informed by them to contact heypaparazzo directly to get a replacement or refund. When I contacted them, they were so helpful & sent a replacement even though it was not their fault. I finally got my package & I can't wait to play with it. It is really well made & I am sure will be used daily!! Thankyou so much for all of your help. Your customer service is fabulous x

Excellent customer service re replacement
I’ve been very happy with my Olivia and use it to take photos for my Etsy shop. One of the most valuable parts for me is the remote, since I don’t have to touch my phone to take the photos, and jiggle the camera. Mine had stopped recharging and working after a year, so I contacted Hey Paparazzo support. They responded instantly, and shipped me a new replacement remote right away at no cost, with tracking. It took a long time to arrive, but that is the shipping company, not Paparazzo. Paparazzo support responded to every email about the shipping immediately, and always followed up. I give Paparazzo 5/5 for its excellent and friendly customer service. Great company. I recommend for both their Olivia product, and customer service.

We looked for any email you may have sent to our customer service to report any issues but we didn't find any mail from you. We've already reached out as your review does not mention what you meant by "is nothing like what is shown on the website." We suspect this could be a user configuration issue for first-time users, but please let us know if otherwise. Right after your purchase, we sent you a video through your registered email to walk you through the set up. We reckon as a business owner like yourself, you'd prefer to be given the opportunity to resolve any issues with the your customer first. If you're truly unhappy with your purchase, we offer a free returns. This was available to you as an option but we have not seen any email or DM from you requesting for such. We hope to hear from you soon.

The light isn’t bright at all
The light isn’t bright at all. You catch the base in the shot. The phone slides in the phone grip. Messes with my screen and takes snapshots on its own. Get for half the price on Amazon

Apart from Olivia, we can see that you purchased the photography bundle, the motorised turn table, our 3m nylon cable, and the free Digital Planner. Second, we're obviously disheartened to read your review. We're not sure how your phone would slide in the grip unless your phone's width is less than the width of the clamp which we publish in the FAQ section of our online store. It is also lined with silicone so it will grip the phone very securely. However, if you have a different issue, please reach out to us and we are happy to assist. Regarding the base, the phone holder can be angled so the base will not show when either filming or taking photos. We were not given a chance to help you on the matter though as this is the first time we're seeing this comment on your review. Lastly, we also publish the CRI rating for Olivia in the FAQ. We already reached out to you last week via email but we have not heard back from you.
The Olivia is...okay
The Olivia is...okay. It isn't as balanced as advertised with an iPhone (mine is a 12 Pro Max, and taking off my phone case doesn't make a difference). My phone seems almost too heavy on the end of the stand, and the base tips up slightly. I have to be very careful not to touch the table or my videos shake, which is hard to do when you're crocheting. It's also hard to keep the base from showing in the video, and I have the stand at the lowest height setting. I don't feel like this stand is much better than the light/phone stand combo I had before.
I do, however, like the microphone! It really cuts out the extra sound around my home. I work right by the electives room and the water hearted and furnace are noisy - it doesn't pick hose up at all!
I also love the photo background. It doesn't glare under my lighting like my white table top did, so that's super awesome!
Overall...I'm happy. Olivia gets closer to my hands easier than my old stand. Her lights aren't that great, mine flicker on and off without even using the buttons, lol. I just tough the base and sometimes they come on. Bit I was more looking for a good stand than lighting anyway.
Just seems like the advertising is a little over zealous on saying it doesn't shake and can hold an iPhone weight. 🫤

While the Olivia didn't work out for the use I intended, the high quality and easy operating impressed me. Customer service was quick and friendly. I will keep them in mind for the future and also recommend the Olivia to my friends.

Great customer service!
The shipping took about 2 weeks, but the customer service was excellent when I asked about it. Response time to all my questions was quick and also personal, which was nice. I felt like I was dealing with a real person who genuinely cared about me and making my experience with the company and product as good as possible.

Good product in general, but room for improvement
Product seems to be pretty sturdy, and it holds my phone securely. I like that I can tilt the support at different angles, that the stand can be extended, and that the product is compact. Keep in mind that the if you extend the stand, you will see the base in photos. If the base could be turned away, that would solve the issue, but the base is fixed.
The light is definitely a lot dimmer than I expected, and the device itself casts shadows, which is disappointing. An extra light will be needed when filming and taking pictures. Also, while I did not need the product quickly, delivery was on the slow side- it took around a month to see any kind of update with tracking.

I understand you were on tight timeline as you needed to photograph your products in time for your Christmas sale. Our apologies for the inconvenience. As this is a public domain and you claimed the parcel was overdue for 2months, we would like to correct that it did not take 2 months. The order was placed in November 16 and the parcels arrived in USPS' sorting facility in November 22. USPS finally delivered the parcel in the afternoon of December 9th. We are transparent with delivery times on our website and we are diligent in providing the shipping and delivery updates to your email.
