Im just getting started. Pocket has recorded 5 conversation and given full details on every conversation. Its not12needing to take notes is no longer necessary. Every detail is covered. Q

The Pocket device is fantastic. I use it daily and the ai summaries are amazingly accurate.

I feel like I can focus more in the moment and not on trying to take accurate notes during each call. The Pocket summaries are fantastic and really capture the nuance of each call. The format and structure of the call summaries is easy to use and gives good insight to action items and commitments made during calls.

It was between Plaud and Pocket. I chose Pocket because of the marketing I encountered on YouTube. Great marketing by the way. The look and feel of the device is awesome. The web app and desktop app work great. Integration with Claude is a plus for me as I use it for work. I even got my wife to buy one. I am definitely recommending to my colleagues and professional friends that need a device like this.

Pocket is a wonderful device that I NEVER stop finding new ways to use it. Purchased it in March 2026 and I use it for all meetings and critical phone calls now. I have an hour commute each way and I often just leave it on while I drive and use it to log ideas and tasks. I have it linked to a task manager to export todo items. One interesting thing: you can record a request for it to research something via the built in AI and after it has summarized the conversation, you can tell the AI to read the summary and answer the AI queries and it does! Been using it so much, I even bought two to give away as presents for friends. One of them had problems and they promptly replaced it for me. I have no problems recommending the product and the company.

Love this device. The executive summaries are superb and spot on and the transcription is flawless. My only issue is that the device always seems to be recording even when I do not manually select record. It also forces the time consuming syncing of unintended discussions before they can be deleted.

My experience with Pocket so far has been amazing! I use it almost daily M-F in meetings, brain dumps et al. It’s been amazing to be able to quickly go back and read the summary, or even the transcript. I have multiple times even sent the transcript out to those in the meeting who have requested it, and even more importantly ones who could not sit in. Much more efficient to read than to have to sit and listen to a meeting. The App is easy and intuitive, no complaints there. Battery life is outstanding. I received my Pocket in mid February and had to charge it for the first time end of April. Not sure if that is typical experience or if I just super A-type on turning it off when I am not using it.

As far as AI models they offer plenty, however if you spring for the Pro plan you have many more to choose from and in my opinion I think Pro is valuable enough to pay for.

The meeting summary tool is a great supplement to my post-meeting process. It captures nuances I sometimes miss and has helped me guide strategic post-meeting conversations for my own benefit. The app is easy to use; exporting summaries and transcripts is quick and painless.

I’m obsessed with my pocket and tell anyone who will listen to me about it. I put a tracker on mine so I won’t lose it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a built in tracker and I would really love to be able to compartmentalize my pocket where I could have two full profiles to toggle through. Personal and business. That’s it. The rest is pure magic.

I was an early adopter to Pocket. Found it on an Instagram ad. Took a risk. Signed up for pro. And haven't looked back since. I use it daily, multiple times. To organize my thoughts. To remember things. It's helped me greatly and I know I'm only scratching the surface of what it can do and what it could mean for me.

Pocket is an amazing device. Of course, you can use your phone to record and transcribe your thoughts but pocket does not drain your battery and records both sides of conversations. The AI transcriptions are super!

Pocket is so easy to use and gives me the confidence that I am capturing the conversations without worrying about taking notes. Sometimes the summaries are a bit too concise, but I can tell Pocket to expand if needed.

Pocket is the best thing that I have purcahsed for myself in awhile. It started so I can document all the family meeting I had, but then i just stated using it for everything on a daily basis. I am able to easily share information to anyone that missed the info from conversation turned into a discussion and anything in between. Bottomline I use it and I dont regert buying it, it is with me all the time I never leave home without it.

Been using the Pocket for several months. Customer service was exceptional. The product is sleek, discreet, simple, and lightweight. Seems sturdy enough - I haven't dented or bent it yet. Works well for its intended use. Records face-to-face and phone conversations well. The program will allow a synopsis of the conversation or a word-for-word transcript - both highly useful for my work.

I am a small business coach and succession/exit planner. Pocket is an exceptional tool for me, one I could not do without. It allows me to really listen to clients without having to worry about taking essential notes. The insight it provides is unique and impactful.
