Avoid like the plague...
The item took a week to be dispatched and two weeks to arrive. Very quick to take money but not quick on anything else. The customer service on the website is a dead end. The item arrived, a phone screen protector, arrived smashed and useless due to inadequate packaging.

We've dispatched your order as soon as Royal Mail offices where open on Monday morning. Due to the very busy Christmas period, there was nothing we can do to rush the delivery process.
We have refunded your order, and answered all of your emails almost instantly. As mentioned before, if you contact us on live chat our of our working hours without leaving your email, there is no way we can contact you back.
Please accept our apologies once again for the inconvenience caused, although we use cardboard boxes as packaging for our glass screen protectors, on rare occasions these arrived damaged.

Atrocious product!!!!! Terrible!!!
Atrocious product!!!! I can't stress this enough. Don't buy from these folks! Useless. I got a screen protector and upon application, the next day the screen protector cracked. I payed to send it back and they said, 'sorry, the product has been used so we can't refund it.' How else do people know a product is a good one if it hasn't been applied to the device?!!
Edit: Following a reply from the company, I'm back to reiterate that this company is a joke!! Your returns policy is a joke.
Step 1: I buy a screen protector for my phone.
Step 2: After application, the next day I notice the protector is cracked. I haven't dropped the phone or anything. I love my phone! It's a new phone!! Almost £300!!
Step 3: I have no use for this terrible product, so let me return it.
Step 4: PAY for a return!!
Step 5: Can't get a refund because I have used the product. What do you expect? How does a customer realise that a product is good or bad without using it first?! You folks have a terrible return policy.
I repeat, don't buy from them! At least not anything pricey. If I paid more for this product, I'd get the Customer Protection Agency involved.
In the meantime, I'll stick with Amazon. Better customer service and amazing returns policy.
