Second time using HFC travel and once again they provided incredible service. We had a return booked to Bristol Airport and for both journeys the drivers were on time and had great communication so we knew where to meet them. We had to make an unexpected stop on the way home and HFC couldn’t have been any more accommodating for this. Thank you Craig & Magnus for a pleasant journey and look forward to using you again next month!

We had an excellent experience with HFC Travel, who provided an executive car service for our VIP clients. The service was impeccably organised, professional, and incredibly flexible when our plans changed.
Magnus, who I liaised with throughout, was friendly, personable, and exceptionally attentive. He took the time to send through photos of the drivers and fleet in advance, all of which were extremely well presented. This was also our first time meeting with the VIPs, so making a strong first impression through the executive car service we provided was extremely important, and HFC Travel helped us achieve this seamlessly.
Magnus arrived at the meeting point well in advance and waited with a clearly visible signboard so our VIPs could identify him immediately, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free arrival.
We were thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown and would definitely recommend HFC Travel for high‑quality executive transport. We look forward to working with them again.

Update 5/5/26: We are a large international company and, it is extremely reassuring to work with such a professional and reliable provider to transfer our VIPs. Booking was easy prompt at getting back to me as to whether the dates and times were available. Communication through out very good, friendly had drinks in vehicles and even gave us wethers originals 😊😊😊

Great communication from my driver who was cheerfully waiting in the arrivals hall at Heathrow despite a two hour delay. Very smooth drive home in executive car. Friendly but also professional. Recommend unreservedly. This is the fourth pick up and the service is consistently high.

Taken from Swindon to Bristol airport and return. Pick up very prompt. Vehicle very clean and nice touch with water available. Arrived on time as planned.
Return very easy. Received a message on arrival to UK, informed driver once we had cases and he was very promptly at collection point. Again vehicle first class and driven very safely.

I have been using HFC a few years now, they are simply the best! There was a couple of times I had significant delays due to airport issue and long wait time at immigration, HFC always found a solution to make sure I got picked up and driven home safely and comfortably.
