Professional, polite and very helpful
I hired them thru Shiply even though Shiply themselves advised me against it as this was a newly registered company. I am glad I did hire them, I have nothing but good things to say about these couriers. They were fantastic.

Efficient.carefull and curtious company
This company was perfect from start to finish moving a sofa for us from Norfolk to southport.
They kept us fully informed and updated on collection and delivery.

Having never used a delivery/collection…
Having never used a delivery/collection service before i was a little sceptical that everything would run smoothly and i would receive my goods. I could not have been more PLEASED with how my order was handled from start to finish!
The initial quote was very competitive and excellent value for money. A collection time was arranged with the furniture company and my goods were collected on time and the driver was helpful and courteous and kept me up to date with the orders progression. FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE. The order was then collected by another driver coming out towards Essex and i was constantly advised and updated when my slot was progressing.
My order has just arrived delivered by 2 guys who brought it into my home, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide exceptional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company who go above and beyond to deliver and value their customers goods and provide fantastic service at every stage.

3.5 hours late
Hassle free logistics were booked by an eBay seller, and promised a collection between 9am and 11am, with 30 minutes notice. That all sounded great. But it was not the reality.
'Hassle free' logistics turned up at 2.30pm, i.e. 3.5 hours late. I'd said that the only time I was not available was 2.15-3.30pm, but they ignored this.
In the end, my pre-teen had to answer the door (despite being home alone) because the courier persistently rang the bell, despite arriving when they knew I wasn't available, and many hours after the time we'd agreed.
'Hassle free' logistics also failed to keep me updated - had I known they would be so late, I might have been able to make alternative arrangements, but they communicated only when prompted, and gave incorrect information. It would have been good if they'd accommodated my very limited unavailability, given their long delay, but they wouldn't even consider this.
I hope the delivery itself goes much more smoothly. I would never willingly use this company again.
PS: The reply below is inaccurate - I received updates only when I asked for them, and certainly not every hour (e.g. nothing between 10.53 and 12.54 - when I was informed of an even more extended delay in response to my prompt). I have used couriers regularly and this was an unusually poor experience

We appreciate the fact that we were late 3.5 hours but as you live in London probably you know very well that the traffic is unpredictable and cause a lot of delays. Most of our London customers are aware of that but you. However, we are a customer-oriented company and we do not want to go into an argument - we just wanted to tell you that this could happen to any courier. If you use a courier service for the first time please be aware of that for your next service. Thank you for your understanding
